Fresh Car

FreshCar, in essence your service is decent but, please recruit additional franchisees for customers/your members in SE London. Rob’s a great geezer, but judging from his calendar - even looking at dates that are months ahead - he only works four days a week; on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. Only four appointment times are available on each of these days; 10am at the earliest and 2pm at the latest. There are not enough available appointments in general, but especially not when none are available on weekends and all of the 16 weekly appointments are taken at least five weeks in advance. I will, unfortunately for me, cancel my membership because of it. However I hope this observation helps you and you recruit more franchisees so I can re-join FreshCar next year to use your service more frequently and easily. It would be excellent if appointments could be available pre-10am, post-2pm and at least on Saturdays as well (if not on Sundays too). Someone who works on-site on weekdays and travels there via public transport has no chance of enjoying what you have to offer. I work remotely with flexible hours and it’s still a massive challenge to secure an appointment. Thank you.

Rob from Fresh always does an amazing job on the car - it ends up spotless and I feel bad getting it dirty afterwards! Would thoroughly recommend using Rob when you need your car to be looking it’s best and to top it off he’s a really nice guy too!

I was impressed with the deep clean Rob completed on my car. It looked brand new by the time he was done with it! I've not used a mobile valet service before but the website, booking form and service were seamless and I would highly recommend Rob and the Fresh Car company to anyone looking for a mobile valet service.

Excellent service - my car hadn't been washed for a long time (well over a year). In the past I have used the drive by hand wash places but never felt they did a good enough job regardless of what type of wash I requested. Decided to use Fresh Car having done some research and boy I’m so happy I did! I had a mini valet done by Rob and he did a beautiful job inside and out. It’s an old car and the inside was dusty with some sticky sweets and spills, petrol cap was full of dirt including sides of doors, boot etc. All super clean - feels like an upgrade, and my wheels and windows shined! My car had to go in for an MOT and the mechanics commented on what a clean car it was! ;-) Highly recommend.

Rob was my first ever valet experience and I’m so pleased with the work he did! My car hadn’t been cleaned for months and after a bit of a messy house move it needed some TLC. Rob came on time and was patient whilst we sorted some space for him to park. He cleaned the car to perfection and left it shinier than I had seen in YEARS! The car smelt beautifully and he had such attention to detail. An incredible worker with passion for his job! Look forward to booking with him in the near future to upkeep the cleanliness!

Rob did an amazing job! I don’t even think I saw my car that clean when I bought it! I booked the inside and outside full Valet Cat B and it was so worth it as my car looks fantastic, Also Rob kept me informed on arrival times and had a proper tough job as it was very windy and rained. My car has foil attached and he took uttermost care with it. 20 out of 10 for work but also he is a very polite and friendly guy. Thank you Rob for tackling our “quite dirty” car !! Highly recommended

I had my car valeted by Rob, and I couldn't be more impressed with the level of service he provided! From the moment I reached out, his communication was top-notch and the process was seamless. I am very pleased with Rob's work on my car. I purchased it second hand and there was an unbearable smell inside the cabin. Rob discovered the issue which was mould under the back seat from a spilled drink probably and thoroughly cleaned it. Not only that but he asked me to check everything when he finished and spend even more time cleaning a stubborn mark. The car is literally like new. Thank you very much
