Acton Hand Car Wash

Very disappointing experience. I paid for a full car wash, but the interior was not cleaned properly at all. Dust and dirt were still clearly visible around the seats. When I raised this with the staff, they simply said the job was “done” without addressing the issue. Poor attention to detail and unhelpful customer service — I expected much better.

They don’t clean the car very good my car is all mad and i wash it yesterday

Terrible attention to detail. The interior was barely cleaned, with obvious dirt and dust left untouched. I had to point out multiple spots that were in plain sight, and even after that, they still missed them. In the end, I had to clean it myself. If you care about quality, avoid this place.

This used to be great. New management and the worst service is now a standard. They apply no pre-wash (which risks scratching the paintwork), did not vacuum the inside of my car but insisted they did and that it was clean…to the point of becoming agitated and rude towards me. I will never go back.

Rude staff

Please don’t go to this car wash!! Especially if you’re a woman. Horrible men, so rude, didn’t even close the doors when finished and scratched all of my paint work. Left water marks everywhere. Didn’t dry and made me feel so uncomfortable. It was horrendous experience. I could cry because they’ve ruined the interior and exterior of my car

Decent wash inside and out and for only £16 for a hatchback

VERY VERY BAD SERVICE I selected Super Deluxe option and paid £22.00 , they worked for 3 minutes only!!!!!!!! And surprised me by saying: your car is ready 😡😡 I tried to explain that’s not acceptable at all, the guy said, oh they didn’t spray it with water well in stage 1 😡😡 Then he started to be so rude in discussing this as I was wrong and they are right 😡😡 Sooooooo bad so bad 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽 I would give minus 10 stars not one positive star !!!!! The pictures taken just 10 minutes after I finished with them and went out to check my car Soooo bad 😡😡

They have about 15 people working in this car wash they cannot even was a car property and very bad at cleaning the car in side . People should not waste there money at this car wash better of going somewhere else

Great fast service. Weekend very busy with queues. Less busy during the day on weekdays. Efficient and good value.

I’ve been coming here for over 10 years, and they’ve consistently done a fantastic job. The team works incredibly hard and always delivers great results. What they really deserve is appreciation and a bit of kindness from customers. If someone is looking for the cheapest option or wants to complain, they’re free to go elsewhere—there’s even a petrol station next door where you can wash your own car. Keep up the good work, guys! 💪🏆
