Rude and petulant man running the station. Paid £1 at the checkout for a tyre machine token. The machine is ancient, with an analogue dial that only read the pressure when you stop inflating. It only lasted enough for two tyres so I went back in the store to request another token. He refused to give me one, telling me that if the machine wasn’t good enough, I shouldn’t want to use it for my other two tyres. He me drive off in search of another station with only two tyres inflated, just so he could enjoy a power trip. Went to ASDA Park Royal down the road and sorted all four tyres in 2 minutes for half the price.

This is my local petrol station and staff members are extremely rude, always on phone and watching videos, have left me waiting when going to pay because of this. Not customer service trained whatsoever. Uthayan and another man that looks similar to him. Will not be returing.

Bad customer service. Paid for a token to use air, it only lasted for 3 tyres and when spoken to the cashier they said I need to pay for a new token. Avoid and definitely don’t use their air pump!

Your petrol prices are wild. Most expensive in the whole Acton/ Park Royal area by a lot. Save yourself the money and go down the road either way to the Tesco petrol station or the Asda.

Extremely rude cashier and was spoken in very rude manner with extremely poor customer services skills. When asked for his name he refused I tried to take his picture he hid his face with a mask. Never ever going again there and will be reporting such unprofessional behaviour with BP

They have run out of petrol. The queue for diesel is about 1 hour long. 00.15am on Sunday morning.

Pumping air !!!! First time I used this bp station price is £156,9 unleaded but they pumping air. I filled up my empty tank £44 in shell £155,9 but here £46 pounds plus I was got some petrol in my tank before I filling up.

Won’t let you use the toilets.

Avoid!! When I came to pick up a package I'd ordered for this store, the employee told me to find it myself and showed him about 100 packages. It was a bit strange. This man is very rude (he doesn't know the words "hello," "please," or "thank you"). I'll never go back there.

Very bad experience...today at night the employee refused to fill me with gas...and told me to pay before filling up...the unfortunate thing is that when the amount was deducted he turned off the fuel engine twice...and then he asked me to pay extra because I had filled up more than the amount he deducted...and he told me in a bad way that he has been working at this station for 3 years.

From the other reviews I was expecting something else but the night worker was simply polite & helpful

The worst petrol station I have ever been, I went to wash my car this morning and this is the first time and the last time I am going there, the customer service man said to me that I am asking too much questions, I was asking him how the jet wash works as I never used it before and the attitude he has is very very bad, UNBELIEVABLE. I gave one star as I want to write this review otherwise it doesn’t deserve any. I will never ever use it again.

Worst BP in the UK

I went to this place to refuel at 10 PM. The sign said “Pay Before You Pump.” However, after I paid, the staff held up a sign saying that I couldn’t preset the amount. I had to manually stop refueling when it was close to the amount I paid. I had to keep staring at the fuel meter while filling up, and after that, I had to go back to the window again to collect my points. Who wants to wait in line again just to waste time? Avoid this station, the worst BP gas station ever.

Second time refuse to fill the full tank asked me to pay 80 pounds the fill and rest money come back in morning to get the change back Last time I payed more then I fill petrol Hopefully this station going to close soon
