Plumstead Car Wash

Worst Car Wash ever they left the Soap and other greases unwashed. Complained to the owner about the service and he said not to come back. I strongly and genuinely suggest not to use this Car Wash ever as it is the Nightmare of Car Wash.

My nice small car of ten pounds was charged 18 pounds. RIP off.i will never go here again. Ever. Bunch of rip off people.

Very disappointed with this car wash. Very poor service. In and out cleaning,I didn’t notice much but when I left I realised dirty in several areas. On top of that, the staff and the owner (not 100%sure ) were quite rude and didn’t seem to care about cleaning much.while they was clinging inside the car they guy was still smelling I had to tell him not to smoke .Overall, not a good experience and I wouldn’t recommend At all .

I have come here few times different experience each time and they change the price each time as well. Always asking for tips. I asked them if they can clean the bit of dirt which was not cleaned properly they said I should have asked for premium it was bird poo visibly on my windscreen. Always smoking and working which is not good especially when I have asthma. Definitely a no from me!

Prices are reasonable but workers are looking for tips and embarrassing customers like cab drivers, they should respect them as they are regular not once in a while

Shockingly bad service. Slap dash when only car in there. Not even clean. Rude staff. Avoid at all costs

The first visit was great I was charged £10 for just the outside, I got the tyre shine and window shine car was very clean even thought it was very busy, So I thought I would definitely return, The second time however which was far less busy, I was charged £12 and I did not get the same service, it was rushed and I did not receive the tyre shine and window shine and was quickly waved off with parts of the car still dirty, at that point I didn’t even want to argue, so I just left and will never return. Also one of the workers or it might have been the owner decided to spit on my wing mirrors and wipe with his cloth to try and remove a spec of dirt in which he was unsuccessful and therefore was a pointless and disgusting thing to do.

They are professionals at their work

I had a very disappointing experience at this car wash. The cleaning was poorly done, with several areas of the car left dirty and I was charged the full price. When I pointed this out, instead of addressing the issue professionally, the staff became argumentative and unhelpful. Their behaviour was rude and completely unacceptable. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this place to anyone. There are definitely better options out there that value their customers and provide proper service.

My car roof was green on one side from parking under tree. Staff worked on it until it was spotless. Had level 2 which includes inside clean. Almost as good as new. Excellent value for £23.

Been to many car wash but this is by far terrible. Absolutely horrible! I told them to be careful with my rear view camera - ignored and went ahead and jet washed the entire thing anyways and managed to snap the wires. Told them about it but response was “everybody complains about camera” nothing was done.

The staff do a great job, no complaints.

Been here a few times each time service is different. Came here recently when i left didnt realise car on the outside was still dirty had to ask for my windscreen on the inside to be wiped, when i had got in the car one of the workers was asking where her tip was…

They overcharge I have a small car to clean inside and out it’s £15 they charged me £20

Not that bad

I had a terrible experience and received very poor-quality service. They increased the price for an in-and-out clean to £18, plus an additional £1.50 for card payments. Despite the higher cost, both the exterior and interior of my car were not cleaned properly. When I pointed out the areas they missed, the staff were very rude. I do not recommend this place to anyone. PS: If you still choose to go, make sure you thoroughly inspect your car at the end before paying. Do not pay until the work is finished to your satisfaction.
