Decent. I might return here some time again. I was surprised the car wash price is £10 just for the outside. After the wash, the car looked great, they missed some spot which was a bird poo at the front driver side. They do spend some time cleaning the car wheels which is great. I am impressed with the cleaniness state of the car after wash but the price is subjective. I'm thinking should I go to other car wash for cheaper and get the same clean service? Or do I come here and pay for slightly higher price, get better aftermath cash clean and missed spot? Good thing is that location is not that far, and I would recommend this place, it is nice to try. Give it a go and see how the cleaning compares to other car washes.

Usually, I receive a good service from this company. I have used them for over a year. However they do make me feel guilty for the dog hair. I use a seat protector and a dog bed, which I remove before I have a valet but the hair does get through. Today one guy said “Look at the pet hair. It looks like a toilet”. I couldn’t quite believe it. It was just hair and it wasn’t too dirty. Their customers don’t deserve to be treated this way. I’m sure they have seen a thousand times worse. Other than that, they did a job, apart from some dirt left around the inside door area.

Extremely disappointing experience. I’ve been a loyal customer at this car wash for a long time, but after my recent visit, I won’t be returning. Their pricing structure is misleading and feels like a scam. Who charges extra just to clean the car seats? That should be a basic part of a full interior wash — but here, it’s an added cost. The quality of the wash has gone downhill significantly. My car still had dirt marks on the exterior and dust inside after they claimed it was “fully cleaned.” When I raised concerns, the staff – including the owner – were dismissive and borderline rude. Their attitude towards customers is unprofessional and disrespectful. What used to be a reliable car wash has now become overpriced, inconsistent, and poorly managed. Save your time and money — look elsewhere for a car wash that actually values its customers and delivers on its promises.

I honestly can’t say enough good things about my experience! From the moment I pulled in, the staff were friendly, professional, and clearly took pride in their work. My white BMW was in desperate need of some TLC, and they completely transformed it. The exterior wash was flawless — every inch of dirt and grime was gone, and the shine they brought back to the paint was unbelievable. It looked like it had just rolled off the showroom floor! Even the wheels and tires were spotless and dressed to perfection. But the real magic happened inside the car. The valet service was next level. They didn’t just vacuum the carpets — they deep cleaned everything. The dashboard, vents, seats, cup holders, door panels — every single detail was spotless. My BMW hasn’t looked or smelled this good in years. They even got into all the tricky corners and made everything look brand new again. It’s rare to find this level of care and attention to detail. I felt like they treated my white BMW as if it were their own. I’m beyond impressed and will definitely be returning regularly. If you want your car to feel completely refreshed, this is the place to go!

Honestly, my car always looks and smells so great after a car wash here! If you’re in the area there isn’t a better hand car wash about! Trustworthy and friendly! :)
