Don’t use this car wash, the jet was so powerful that it removed paint from my car and my alloys !! They then insisted that the car came in like that! Which was definitely not correct. Very unprofessional and took no responsibility for the damage they caused.

My car was scratched but staff were super helpful and nice.

The Bronze car wash was OK for £12 and the puncture repair was £25 but he wanted another £25 for the “rim seal”. This is a quick wipe of a “grease” around the inner wheel rim and to give the tyre a quick scrub around the edges. He then knocked off £10 when I challenged this. I would expect this to be included with a full tyre off puncture repair for £25. I won’t be going back. Greedy “boss” thinks people are naive. Car wash - OK tyres = no

RIP off merchants make sure you ask for what you want explicitly otherwise they do what they want. Wouldn’t mind but it wasn’t even a good job. Steer clear

Fleeced for a half cleaned car. This carwash used to have great service and a great value but it has gone very downhill. Had my car cleaned today for £25's for an inside and outside clean, vacuum, windows and door surrounds. Now my car was a little dirtier than usual, the birds had been unkind but the car wasn't terrible. They took roughly 25 mins to clean the car. However, after I got home and went round the car I started to notice lots of dirt. The surround of the boot was the worst part Im extremely disappointed with the clean, and will not return. You've lost a customer of many years.

Recently the price went from £12 for my car (medium size car) to £18 and they haven’t changed the prices on their boards so I was completely unaware until I had paid. Ridiculously steep increase. Will look elsewhere.

Not as good as it used to be, new staff is a contributing factor and also at busy times they're more concerned with doing the cars quickly than cleaning the cars well

This car wash has gone down hill. This was the last time i will go there. My car cleaned today. Door shuts not wiped, no liquid wax like they used to use in the washing process, some staff more concerned about having a conversation with co workers than concentrating on the car. Compared to the service this place used to give, it is now not good enough so i will drive to a rival in Dartford who do a proper job. I would avoid this place

Best car wash I've ever been in they was very thorough, & attention to detail was spot on!!! Also when they've got a price chart saying £25 it's £25 not like those liberty taking barstards in Maidstone Rd in Footscray, said it was £25 & then charged me £30 because.........MY CAR WAS TOO DIRTY, TOO DIRTY?? That's like walking to a destination & paying for the walk to a taxi at the other end!!! To be honest I gave them £30 because they earned it.

Great car wash very helpful

Really friendly and helpful team. Car was washed really well and with care. I was also given a free car air freshener! For an inside and outside clean, it came to £18, which was a more than reasonable price. They accept cash or bank transfer.

Worse Car wash ever! Waited 1 hour and they left everything dirty. They also charged me more than what it says on thier price list. Dodgy place

Worst car wash ever. I'm a cab driver. what a load of rubbish. didn't even wash the car properly charge me £10 when it displaying £9 on the board .. karma,.. rip off car wash centres . Avoid go somewhere. else

Awful. Rushed the job, the inside wasn’t clean either. They have progressively got worse. Don’t use.
