Convenient and priced OK

This car park is extremely confusing and feels like maze. After our visit, we struggled to locate our vehicle, as the parking area is underground and very large. Clearer and more visible signage would greatly help with identifying parking locations. There are several underground car parks in the area, and due to the lack of guidance, we initially went to the wrong one while trying to find our car. Additionally, the parking fees are quite expensive.

Not easily accessed. The parking is underground and watch out for taking the turn up the ramp. The parking is well lit and spacious parking. A bit expensive though

Good car park and very reasonably priced

Booked a space at Canary Riverside Car Park through JustPark for my van with no issue entering or parking. But when trying to leave, I was told vans aren’t allowed to book via JustPark and was forced to pay almost double the price to exit. They held my vehicle hostage until I paid the on-the-day rate, and staff simply said it was my problem and to take it up with JustPark. On top of that, the car park is dirty, poorly maintained, and completely insecure. Anyone can walk in, there’s no access control or proper pedestrian entrance. Would not recommend. Unclear policies, zero accountability, and a very poor experience overall.

We park at Canary Riverside Car park for both gym club and dining at Royal China. It is a private car park and you do payment at the exit with a staff upon you leave. Signage is not enough for directing us to the restaurant but overall we are happy to use this car park for convenience.

Lanes not marked properly in entrance and was forced to reverse and damaged 2 alloys. Will be filing a claim as signage is not correct.

Overpriced

Two lanes to go in not marked for general and residential until in lane. They go into the same section rather than open gate, attendant made me reverse. Very unhelpful
