Awful and unprofessional company. Would avoid at all costs. Clearly only care about a select few customers, but will ignore and not show up and waste the time of others. Awful.

Booked an appointment and they didn’t turn up. Called several times, waited on the them, but nothing. Very unprofessional.

No show to a confirmed booking! Like lots of other reviews, Sam didnt turn up, didnt answer any calls or messages and essentially ghosted us. This is despite already having used his services before and telling him we wanted to have a regular monthly slot for 2 cars. Very disappointing and very disrespectful of my time, esp as I have a newborn and was waiting around for him all day!

Professional, friendly service. It was clear Sam took real time and care with the job. My car looks like new again. Highly recommend!

I was recommended by a friend as they had their car ceramic coated, so I thought I’d try it. I wasn’t disappointed, exemplary service, attention to detail, quality finish with the coating and my car looked incredible. Also appreciate the comms leading up to the appointment. I’ll be using them every month, the best I’ve used for remote car wash and ceramic coating and had a new customer. I cannot recommend enough

Booked and he didn't show up .... more than once. Very frustrating especially as my wife and baby were waiting for him. Quite disrespectful.

Highly recommend ⭐️ My car was brand new when it was booked in with Sam and yet he still spent hours on it. I’m a perfectionist in my work myself and so i look for that quality in others when paying for a service. Sams attention to detail is exactly what you would want in a detailer. I honestly couldn’t fault him, he was respectful of my property and really polite. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my car now. ❤️

Booked my car wash online and was super excited to try this company! The time I'd booked came and went and no one turned up, so I called them once it got to half an hour past the time they were supposed to arrive. I spoke to someone on the phone, and explained that I had a booking, and no one had turned up, and all he really had to say was "oh, this is the first I'm hearing of it, this has never happened before" He offered to rebook me back in for a weeks time, despite the website having load of availability over the next few days. I politely declined... It's sad the service wasn't more reliable. Either the website booking isn't functioning properly, or there was a lack of communication, either way, hopefully it can get sorted.

Booked on the website, no one showed up. Spoke on the phone and agreed that the website has got some sort of glitch. Booking a new appointment, also confirmed on whatsapp, and again no one showed up. Just a time wasting experience. Pity that it was recommended by 2 friends.

What a great service - from the first enquiry to to the end result, Sam was professional and polite. Sam was on time and came on a sunday, was very polite, and explained what he was doing. He spent a few hours cleaning, polishing and waxing my vehicle, and clearly took pride in his work. The car looks immaculate and I am so happy. The price was competitive and really worth it !

Absolutely superb from start to finish. The attention to detail on the wash it self is beyond impeccable and I would highly recommend as my car looks brand new. I was recommended by a friend and I was sceptical at first. I can honestly say I've never seen my Fiat look so clean, inside and out. Professional service and was quick and easy to arrange.

Sammy came down on very short notice to sort me out before selling my car. Cannot recommend the service anymore. Had no problems at all & all my requests were fulfilled when asked. Definitely will use his service again!
