Lewis is amazing. Firstly I have a husky who just has to be within a 5 mile radius of anything and a nice layer of fur coat appears everywhere. Even with a boot liner she manages to get her fur in places that defy the laws of physics. So now I have to return the car after a lease and enter Lewis. When we first meet he gives me the company line ... "oh just be mindful, I might not be able to get every single hair out" and I say yes I know. I clean my car myself and I have every fur removal tool ever invented and I can't get every single hair out. So I am resigned. I leave Lewis to get on with it. After 4ish hours, Lewis is done and I am now in a bit of a predicament. I don't want to give the car back anymore. It is spotless. It is shining like it has never shone before and I had it from brand new. NOT A SINGLE HUSKY HAIR IN SIGHT. Not all hero's wear capes, some work for Medusa Auto Detailing. Thanks Lewis. OMG speechless…. I recently bought a used car and all the dirt for years all dried up inside the chairs and hidden places. Leo did an amazing job 👏🏾👏🏾 I will definitely be a returning customer. Amazing job! Great service. Super polite. Very professional. The quality of the work is incredible. I must admit I didn’t think the results would be this great, but wow. Seats are crazy clean and the previous smoke smell totally gone.

Overall I’m really satisfied with the service I have received today the guys have been brilliant however I did expect everything to be cleaned. The vents haven’t been cleaned neither has the compartment inside been done. I hope next time this will be cleaned. Overall I would recommend.

I needed a proper interior cleaning for my BMW and I can say the customer service was good, however, the cleaning average at best...first time they came, the seatbelts were not cleaned nor the dust in the air grills ..they came a 2nd time but honestly the cleaning was average..for £200 just the interior expected alot...my car smelled fresh 1 day and then the ozone smell vanished...to be fair unless you are physically impaired or do not have the time, you are better of cleaning your cars interior yourself with conventional tools...there is nothing magic or professional...is a normal cleaning... again, the guys are nice....but I don't think it's worth it..they deserve 3 stars for the customer service...

Clean was good, the guys did a great job but I feel £135 for an interior only clean that took around 30 mins is a bit steep! So prob wouldn't use them again

Medusa Detailing were booked to clean my car after someone else done a subpar job. Lewis was absolutely great - his attention to detail is outstanding and on top of the issues I’ve pointed out he found loads more and rectified them all. Every nook and cranny you can think of have been taken care of, and are now dust free and sparkling clean. I cannot recommend this company and particularly Lewis highly enough.

I've used a number of valet guys over the years, however the Medusa guys are really great, did a thorough detailed clean and made my car gleam like new. Great interior clean and no nasty stinky fragrances just a great clean interior. Arrived on time easy booking as well. Will use them again.
