First and last time here, upsold me on a “wax” finish to which i agreed. The wax was no where near worked into my car, leaving big stains and streaks, front bumper not cleaned. Genuinely I think your better off drving through a puddle than leaving your car here. Worst £40 ive spent. Cheers Upon reading other reviews, ive come to the conclusion that although they may “Sincerley apologise from the bottom of their hearts” That they are not bothered about improving their “Services” as they wouldnt have the same repeated negative reviews given months and months apart. Total scam they rely on unsuspecting customers, definitely not returning customers. Cheers

The worst car wash ever they didn’t clean anything it’s a completely scam, to be honest I don’t know what they are still doing in there. Had to take the car somewhere else to get washed:

Gave my car in for a platinum clean at Stratford Westfield. They did a good job. Not perfect but still very good standard. My car looks new and treated well. They checked if I was happy at the end too.

This is a scam. My backseats were left uncleaned at all after 2 hours and for 35 pounds nothing was properly cleaned. Will not use this service again. They cheat people out of horrible parking lot light.

Took my Ford Puma in to the guys today as our bernese had shed hair all over and we had some shopping to do so two birds one stone and all that. Took the delux package and guys did an amazing job. Outside is shining and the door hair is gone!

TLDR: Very poor service, pressured to buy the more expensive package, still didn't get a clean car. Also shady practices including unofficial "discounts" and asking for part of the payment to be by cash part by card. Came in to wash a bird-pooped dirty car exterior. Was quoted £30 for a basic clean, £50 for a "very recommended clean" that would "take the stains right off" and include waxing. I was unconvinced, but the guy offered me a "discount" of £10 so I accepted. Got asked to pay by cash. Since I didn't have enough cash I asked to pay by card. The guy asked me to pay by part cash part card, which I found very weird. Paid by card in the end. When I come back, the car is noticeably cleaner than before, but still has dozens of very obvious stains in the roof and other minor areas. I point it out, saying that I expected the car exterior to be fully clean for the more expensive package I paid for and the guy starts arguing with me, saying that it is impossible to get out the stains without scratching the car and that he gave me a "discount" anyways. I try licking my finger and rubbing one of the stains and it wipes right off. Same with a second one (clearly the stains were not hard to remove it was just they weren't wiped). Eventually, the guy begrudgingly gave the roof a mediocre wipe that only partially removed the remaining stains.

Don't waste your money. Car outside was covered in smears and they didn't even bother vacuuming inside the car. Darkish carpark so you won't notice until you drive off. I have emailed for a refund, but I can't imagine it will go anywhere. UPDATE: After contacting the service The Carwash, the director offered a full refund after a little chasing along with a comp valet. Any user of the Statford branch should fully expect the valet with a phone camera (it is dark in there) before leaving the car park. As I have received a full refund, I have updated my original 1-star review to 3 stars.

Will coat your car with a nice coat of wax to make it look gleaming and shiny, but don't actually clean anything. Car still as filthy as when it went it. Vacuum not done properly and nothing inside was cleaned. Outside very shiny but not clean. All flies still sticking everywhere on the front of the car. You pick up the car in a darkish car park so you won't actually notice how filthy it actually is until you drive out. Avoid.

Dont even bother coming here they made me wait 6 hours. They dont even wash the car just wipe it with a cloth

Went today at 4:15 and have been told is close not nice at all and the lady was just on the mobile
