Best car wash ever, they looked after my BMW wonderfully, even make disappear a few scratch, 100% definitely recommend

I came here 6 months ago , today I need to take my car to car wash and and checked for car washes in the area and this one came up first . I felt like I should have gave 5 star review cause these guys definitely know what they doing and they are very kind and appreciate.

Listen; 1 of your Staff Stole/Took coins (a £1 and a £2 coin) from my cup holder when I brang my car to your car wash. The truth hurts but it’s the truth. Now your staff had done 1 mistake at the time, which was reversible by just simply apologising. However your ego hit you, and you started accusing me on this platform. No; I’m not a rival, I did not ask a friend to visit/review your place and I don’t want a free £25 car wash lol. Your staff done a mistake however you dealt with this situation poorly. You can not see everything that your staffs do, you need to consider this. You should not accuse people after every bad comment. I understand you find it harsh because 1 staff had done a mistake but the truth is; actually You have earned that 1 Star with your personally comments here. I hope you understand now.

I find it very expensive and they're very slow washing your car. They need more staff long waiting time.

Absolutely diabolical do not use!!! I read the feedback here and gave the owner the benefit of the doubt as my car desperately needed cleaning. Wow, what can I say they weren't busy at all, they charged £25.00 for cleaning inside & outside, they didn't even wipe the glass or interior inside, they’ve moved the dirt around on the outside barely washing it off, then wiping it with a cloth, I complained, it made no difference! bloody disgraceful service!! NEVER AGAIN These guys clearly have no interest in their work, rip you off and then think its some kinda joke. I hope everyone reads this well deserved feedback and you avoid the disappointment. Very bad at washing cars. I went there and they were so slow. One guy washing the car. The others chilling chatting smoking away. This chap cleaning my car didn’t take away the bird poop marks and the top of the boot lid still had spider webs and dust in there! The widows were not dried properly and were left with smudges. The water residue was not fully dried and started dripping in a small line. The tyre back to black was just about put on very economically that you can’t see it passed the edges. The whole car has some residue left on it. Car seems clean but other car wash places get the bird poop off without any effort or asking but these guys don’t seem to know how to clean the car to a reasonable level. Guys this is the last time I’m comming here. I’d rather pay more than get a half job done. Very disappointed that the clean took so long but the clean was half done. Terrible 😞

They stole my floor mats, was a terrible clean that took 1 hour for them to do. Not professional at all

amazing service ! impeccable customer service, cars been cleaned wonderfully for a basic in and out cleaning job. they kindly told me the car had a couple of scratches (wasn’t visible until after the wash), removed in a few swipes. got a car freshener too, temp mats for the feet till car dries down. 10/10, won’t be going anywhere else for sure !

Great service. The owner went out of his way to make sure my car was cleaned to a high standard. Will definitely be getting a mini valet done next time.

Staff were okay, but VERY SLOW and didn't really do a good job. It's ok if you need something fast and your desperate.
