Elis car wash

They rush the car wash and service can vary. Some days their in a mood. However I am giving a 1 star rating because they decided to up-charge me because the boot was a little bit more dusty. The owner claims his Hoover can break and when opening the boot and there was literally no physical bits just dust. Blatantly lied to make an extra money. They lost me and others as a retained customers.

Very poor service didn't do the job properly, the cleaning detergents left in the car and marks wouldn't recommend anyone?

Just sat here now waiting for the car to be cleaned. Impeccable service, great team work and friendly staff. Cleaning the car immaculately! Worth the money and definitely recommend

I’ve been coming to this car wash regularly for the past couple of months, but today’s experience was extremely disappointing. I politely asked them to clean the side window frame properly because it was still dirty. Instead of responding professionally, the manager/owner became rude and said, “You’re going to tell me how to wash the car?” After they finished, I pointed out that some areas were still not cleaned properly, but he insisted the car was clean and said he had done his job. When I told him his behaviour was rude, he replied, “I don’t care.” Very poor customer service and disrespectful behaviour toward a regular customer. I paid £20 and left feeling frustrated and disappointed.

Lovely job - really happy with it especially at the price. However, this establishment does not accept card payments or bank transfer.
