Jewels sent the team over to my home in Gants Hill after they applied the PPF & ceramic coating to the exterior of my Porsche Taycan at their Studio in Hackney. The mobile team arrived on time and provided a very detailed clean on the interior and exterior of my car. They will be maintaining it every 2 week . Reasonable price and reliable.

After my initial experience, the team at Jewels reached out and offered to re-clean my car at no extra cost, specifically addressing the areas that hadn’t been as spotless the first time. I really appreciate their willingness to go above and beyond to make things right - it shows genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. While my first visit left a few areas overlooked (like dust in the crevices and dirt under the cupholders), their follow-up service made a noticeable difference. The staff remained polite, professional, and communicative throughout the process. Because of that, I’ve updated my rating to reflect their excellent customer service and effort to make things right.

Booked a recently purchased car in for the extreme deep clean as it had been sat for over a year without a wash. "T" arrived on time and was very friendly and explained the process. This now 10 year old car is looking like it has just been driven off of the forecourt. Will definitely recommend and use this company again!

On the whole, Jewels were good. The chap who came to do the car was very polite and communicative. However, attention to detail was not there and I found it still needed work after he left. Pictures attached show where obvious dirt/mould was ignore. For the price of the wash and soft top protection(almost £200 in total) I was a little disappointed. I also expected them to reach out to ask for feedback but they didn’t, hence writing a review here. It is a shame as I really did want to find a reliable car cleaning service in the area. Update: Jewel reached out straight away to try to fix the issue which is commendable so I am updating my rating to reflect this.
