Been going there few weeks now because once I saw how they wash cars, I can never go to a normal car wash. Came for my 5:45pm appointment today and everything was going well as ussual. Tired after a long day and the elder gentleman who dries the car and does the finishing touches made my day. Even though its the end of the day he shared some of his knowledge and got him to do a deep clean on my custom steering wheel. He did an amazing job and making me want to go for a full package there very soon.

I’ve been coming to Detailz since 2019 and they’ve been consistently spot‑on every single time. The owners always recognise me and treat both me and my car with genuine respect. Chose this service based on strong reviews and booked a £250 interior reset detailing package for a recently purchased used car. The vehicle had just come from a dealership, where the interior prep appeared rushed and poorly done, so I was looking for a professional reset to bring it up to a high standard. When collecting the car, I noticed a few areas where dirt had not been removed. To be fair, most of these were under the seats and not immediately visible. Someone who appeared to be the owner/manager asked me to point out any additional issues and was willing to address them on the spot. However, I rely on a professional detailing service to identify and resolve such problems as part of their expertise. I cannot reasonably be expected to find everything myself in a few minutes. Overall, I was expecting a thorough interior restoration, but what I received was closer to a decent interior wash. The result was acceptable as a basic clean, but it did not meet the level of detail or quality that was promised.

I got my brand new Golf R last year march, got it ceramic coated and protected by Detailz, maintenance washes for exactly 1 year this week and the car is still shining. Always on hand to give the best service possible, if something isn't right they will sort it without hesitation. Wouldn't take my car anywhere else.

Paid around £300 for a full detailing of a recently purchased second hand car, inside dash wasn’t clean and marks on the interior window from the showroom were still visible.

I had smoked PPF applied and my headlights polished, and they also printed and fitted my number plates. Their pricing was very fair, and I truly appreciated their honest approach to customer service.

I took my brand new BMW M3 (sub 300 miles)to Detailz London for their complete new car detailing package. Honestly, from the first phone call with Waseem I was instantly reassured about the workmanship that Detailz offer and the very high standard that they hold themselves too. Everything was explained clearly and honestly and as a 1st time customer trusting them with my new car was all the more easier. The chaps were able to book me in good time and on the day of dropping the car off, I met with Hamza who once again explained the whole process and completely reassured me that it would be a top job once complete. The team really took their time with the car and did a thorough job, I came back 24 hours later once the initial curing on the ceramic was complete completed and oh my God, These guys absolutely smashed it out of the park. The car looked like it was made of black glass, It looked 1 million times better than on the day of my collection from BMW. I cannot thank these guys enough for all of their efforts and the pride that they’ve taken their work. I did the full new car preparation which included the full Gtechniq ceramic coating on all body work, windows, interior and wheels. If you are considering Detailz my honest advice is just do it, you won’t regret it, these guys are the best in the game.
