Brent Cross Arrived having booked a £120 full valet. Was asked for £170 if I wanted the full works. As far as I can see the £120 IS the full works. Declined, suspecting a rip-off with some excuse about additional protection which I cannot find on the website. Not cleaned properly, exhaust pipes tops dirty, s,eary sunroof not dried properly. 2.75 hours seems ample time to get the job right. Then I discovered scratches on the rear onside wing that were not there when the car was left. I pointed this out to the staff member but he chose to not understand, very likely didn't want to understand with some ruse of poor English. Scratches that are going to cost me money to put right because I contacted customer service on the day via their contact form, offered them photos and not so much as an acknowledgement of the complaint and clearly no intention of addressing the issue. Appalling job, appalling customer service AVOID

You are paying for NOTHING- car left for two hours, came back with all dirt on it and was told its finished and cleaned. tgey do not use water, which is fine but I think they are also instructed to use as least spray as possible! Cobwebs all there, inside all dirty and its 37.5 for standard service. They charge you in advance because they KNOW there will be many unhappy costumers and they just dont want yo risk it! Whatever they do you can do better because you probably use more spray! Absolutely disgusting- they are basically stealing money!

Overpriced and they broke something of ours and ultimately didn’t actually compensate us. Gave us a voucher with an expiry date we couldn’t use. Turned up today a few weeks after the expiry and they told us to basically get lost. This is after their first voucher had no expiry date on it and they told us we couldn’t use it. Will not be going back to this place ever and will be making a formal complaint. Shame on them.

Far from cheap but that would be okay if the standards were high. Took a car in for a clean and was told to come back in two hours. Returned after an hour and a half. In the hopes that they might have finished early. We discovered that they hadn't even started. Departed and returned forty minutes latter. You could barely tell that the car had been cleaned. In fairness they did a good job on the outside of the windows but that was the only plus point. Save yourself some money. Take your car elsewhere (they won't do a worse job) or do it yourself.

Terrible washing and when unwashed dirt pointed out they said ‘maybe it will come off on the next wash’ Save your money and go elsewhere!

Paid £37.50 for mini valet. Guy convinced me that my car was “heavily soiled” a.k.a it wasn’t sparkling clean which defeats the purpose of a car wash. Anyways the wash was good but not worth the money as there was still dust im between the seats but for convenience it did the job

Spoke to whoever was taking the bookings. Chose the mini valet after debating the choices with the guy there. He then announced that because the car had mud on the rear ( basic I had not driven theough any mud ) and that because there was one bird poo that he had to charge more. I have used this company for years and have not met a chancer like this before. Lost my business and suggest that you don’t try and rip people off in future. This was the branch by John Lewis.

Always have a great experience at the American Carwash in Brent Cross. I've had it washed inside and out on numerous occasions and always happy with the results. Especially today I requested the top interior of my roof to be steam cleaned as I've had a beverage stain there for several years, I never thought it could come out... They've made it look brand-new! I'm super pleased with the results. Would highly recommend. Staff are always pleasant and adjust to your requirements.

Have been using them for the last couple of years. They are polite and helpful and always do a good job.

Honestly you might as well go to the local car wash for £20 as they do a much better job. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AT THIS CAR WAS......

Perfect! Got my car cleaned inside and out. Perfect job. Lovely guys who put in so much effort and time into my car, to make sure it's spotless clean. I also forgot to open the boot for them (only opens manually) and they kindly cleaned it when I arrived. Thanks a lot for top service. Will definitely be using again.

They are completely unprofessional. They don’t even adhere to their opening times. I arrived at 17:30 to get my car washed and they had already closed while they were supposed to be open until 18:00. There was only a single guy there to bored to work… i will not be using them at all

Left the car for a couple of hours and picked it up spotless. I usually wash my own car so was skeptical of giving it for a hand wash but I’m not disappointed at all.

I left them my car to be washed in and out. The outside wasn't bad. I also paid for the child car seat to be cleaned, which they did with steam, however when I reached under it, it was still dirty, there were pieces of snacks that I thought would've been vaccumed based on the amount I paid

I love being able to drop my car off to receive it shinny and pristine as ever ALWAYS. Highly recommended - worth the time and money.

Worst car wash service ever used. I paid £37.50 to have my car internals and externals cleaned but they haven’t even removed the spider webs! The internals are exactly the same as they were, and the externals are full stains. I’ll never come back again!

Went for the mini valet and expected to see good results. Didn’t even clean the wheels properly. This is not a valet, could’ve done a better job myself with a hose and sponge. The rest of the reviews make sense now. However the majority of the outside clean isn’t bad, just not much attention to detail or care Price for this should be no more than £15 from the quality of this.
