I’ve been coming here for a while and the usual price is around £23, which I’m happy to pay for a basic inside and outside clean. This time, I was charged £30 without any real improvement in service. All I asked was for the boot to be brushed properly because the hoover hadn’t done much — a very small and reasonable request. Instead, I was told extra “bits and bobs” were done and got charged more for it, yet the job was still very basic. To be honest, I’ll still have to go home and clean parts of the car myself, which defeats the point of paying for a service in the first place. Disappointing experience this time — not great value for money.

Dispite being understaffed today, team tried their best to keep their standard and worked tirelessly to ensure my car was clean and ready. They apologised for the long wait as they were dealing with a situation. They were really helpful and my car looked brand new!

Did a good job of cleaning the inside and outside of the car for just £25, much less than the nearby car cleaners at Brent Cross. There was a few faint stains left on the roof but car still looked shiny overall and for the price can't complain too much. Staff had a friendly attitude
