We broke down last Sunday at 7pm while just about to enter the M1 due to a catastrophic coolant leak. Somehow, we found ourselves at the forecourt of A2Z. The guys working there were incredibly friendly and tried everything to get us on our way. After a couple of hours during which we were given coffee and were able to charge our phones, we decided to return to North Essex by public transport. They then persuaded one of their regular customers (A2Z did a GREAT JOB ON HIS CAR) to take us to the nearest tube station and then kept the car under cover until it was picked up 2 days later. They even phoned me to tell me that it had been collected!! Their willingness to help complete strangers in such a friendly, straightforward way really impressed us! They literally saved the day! In case you’re wondering, at no point did they ask for anything in return! Thank you A2Z! We hope that your business thrives. It certainly deserves to!!!
