My son’s car had been idle for a few weeks, and had a little bit of mould inside too, from the damp conditions recently, Alfie cleaned and made it sparkle both inside and out - fantastic job !

One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. I feel people should know exactly how this company treats customers when something goes wrong. I booked this service expecting professional results and left feeling completely let down. On 29th April, I collected my car and signed the paperwork because I was in a rush to leave for a holiday. At a quick glance everything seemed acceptable, so I trusted that the work had been completed properly. Not long afterwards, my neighbour, who works in vehicle detailing, pointed out several issues with the finish and questioned the standard of the work. Unfortunately, I was away and didn’t have the opportunity to thoroughly assess the car myself until weeks later. Once I had the time to inspect it properly, the defects became impossible to ignore. I contacted the company, explained the circumstances, and supplied photographs and videos showing exactly what I was unhappy with. They asked for evidence, I provided it, and then it felt like the goalposts were moved. Instead of trying to resolve the issue, they looked for reasons to shut the complaint down. What annoys me most is that I wasn’t demanding anything unreasonable. I would have accepted a refund. I would have accepted someone coming back out to correct the work. I simply wanted a fair outcome. Instead, I got absolutely nothing. The attitude throughout was shocking. Rather than feeling listened to, I felt brushed aside and treated like an inconvenience. Paul was particularly unhelpful and came across as dismissive whenever I tried to explain my concerns. The company talks a good game until there is a problem. Then suddenly accountability disappears. Evidence doesn’t matter. Customer satisfaction doesn’t matter. The quality of the work doesn’t matter. I went into this expecting a company that cared about its reputation. What I got was poor workmanship, a frustrating complaints process, and a complete refusal to stand behind the service they provided. Massive disappointment. Money wasted. Time wasted. Lesson learned. I will never use this company again and would strongly advise others to think very carefully before trusting them with their vehicle.

Cannot recommend highly enough, had a full detail, first proper clean the car has had in 5 years. It was a bit of state after multiple moves and trips to the tip with old furniture, and also covered in dog hair from our recent addition. Without doubt the car now looks better than the day I bought it. Reza did an amazing job, turned up on time and worked solidly for nearly 3 hours. Fantastic job. Will definitely be using these guys again.

I called the company for a deep clean inside out as I had a stain to clean. My car was fairly clean but the difference was phenomenal. All my seats were deep cleaned , my car glistened like never before and the interior smells so good. No complaints

Had my car due for a stage 2 machine polish and paint correction all they did was wash the car and the polish even the polish they didn’t do it right and all the scratches that i paid to be removed and corrected with paint are still there on my car very bad experience if you hire this company make sure you stay with your car and see what they doing. WASTE OF MONEY.

The car came out spotless, both inside and out, and the attention to detail was impressive. It’s not always easy to find this level of service, so I’ll definitely be returning. I was not happy with the job that was provided today after the wash was done each of my door handles has Moss on it green Moss and above the number plate is still dirty with dirt mark all over it could have easily been cleaned when the snow foam had been applied and they use a detailing brush all over the nooks and crannies nice people but I will not be using the company again I will put pictures later

I had an absolute nightmare with a spillage and was really worried about it as nothing I had tried myself worked. I messaged a number of companies who said they cannot help. Even Smart Wash set my expectations and said that they might be able to do 30-50%. Still I was desperate and said yes. I was initially not sure because of some of the the reviews here but I really should not have worried at all. After a deposit paid, the company was very accommodating and organised an appointment very fast. Reza, who was the man who came to do the cleaning was incredibly polite, friendly and worked hard in the cold and rain to get this sorted for me. The result is better than I could have ever expected and I am eternally grateful. Reza - you are absolutely amazing and I cannot thank you and Smart Wash enough!

My car was absolutely filthy, inside and out. Floors were coated in dog hair and mud. Reza did an amazing job on it! I am so appreciative of the effort he put into making my car sparkle again. Highly recommended.

Had a Full Valet & Free Steam Clean as a return customer, the service provided by Alfie was done correctly & he took his time where the 3h approx time was elapsed, just so he can precisely get to every spot he can. Extremely happy with the service & I can see he took pride on cleaning my vehicle & demonstrated he enjoys doing it.
