IMO Car Wash

I’ve been coming here for years and genuinely the customer service is brilliant and can’t fault the clean of my car

car wash is good but the communication with staff is pretty bad

Amazing experience

An absolute disgrace, you have to wait & wait & wait for a simple hoovering & wipe the car dry after the washing. By the time they start, the dried water drops are showing from a mile! Windows are wiped with a dirty cloths so they look worse than before washing. Some of the staff are annoyingly miserable. Friendliness is out of their windows. Considering that I wash my car multiple times a week, I rather go elsewhere than argue!

Maintenance culture is extremely poor. The washer stink and the staffs are very sluggish. Poor hospitality. Over all service is very poor.

Decent. As good as it gets for a car wash. Don’t expect professional finishing tho

It is expensive, because you need to spend a minimum of £3. What about if just want watering the car to remove a little poop from a bird?? I have to spend £3 . Also....there is only 2 selfservice jet wash and there are not space for dry or hubert the car. For the rest....the pressure is good.
