I asked twice before how much and was told £10 and then after they finish I was told to pay £13 and they left white marks on the car, difficult to get in and out too. terrible service, won’t recommend and won’t go back

I’ve been using this car wash for about a year and was always happy with the service. The staff are usually friendly and do a good job — I regularly leave £10–£20 tips. Unfortunately, today was a very bad experience. My car is wrapped and I always clearly ask for no acid, only foam, left to activate before rinsing, plus wheel cleaning. Today, the owner handled my car and was rude from the start. Despite explaining everything, he used acid (which damaged my wrap), barely applied foam, didn’t let it sit, and didn’t clean the wheels at all. When I questioned it, he became aggressive and told me to leave if I wasn’t happy. I left with a poorly washed car and damage caused by incorrect chemicals. Very disappointing — the owner has no respect for customers.

What a joke don't bother guys. Didn't even use soap inside seats looked the same. When I told them to wipe the seats. Just go platinum car wash Leytonstone. You won't be disappointed.

I’ve been here a few times before. I initially came based on the impressive google reviews however I won’t be attending again. Too may times on my most recent visit I’ve had to point out dirt they missed.

Arrived after heavy off road use and was genuinely impressed by the standard of service. Aza and Ahmed did an exceptional job with great attention to detail, including a thorough clean of the underbody. Professional, efficient and they clearly take pride in their work. Highly recommended

I am their regular customer to get car wash in/out and this time I went for hand polish which cost me additional £22. Check the amount of swirl marks and residual left on logo. I pointed out few missed out unclean patches however it was not worth it. Really disappointed. Update: Although owner responded to my review to get it fixed however he never responded to my message. Posting it for transparency.
