I am a dog walker, so as you can probably imagine my car gets about dirty enough to go on a disaster detail show. No joke. Dog hair, mud, crumbs, you name it. I’ve taken it here twice now, and both times they have made my car unrecognisable. I couldn’t believe how clean it was! Unbelievable work, 10/10 would recommend.

The car wash was very poor, I do not recommend it. If you have any problem, the employees do not take you seriously and make fun of you. I came to wash my work van and they were not careful — they got chemicals into the charger port, and when I plugged my phone in to charge, smoke came out and the phone caught fire. The damage was to both the phone and the charger port. I do not recommend this place to anyone, and the cleaning quality was also very poor.

Car was still dirty outside I showed him the side of the car and the bit of the boot that wasn’t clean and he told we don’t clean that for £20 hello it’s a car wash but you don’t leave the car clean 😂 man at the traffic lights would do a better job.

I had a really bad experience at this car wash. The staff were very rude, unfriendly, and didn’t listen to what customers were asking for. The service was very poor.

They advertise a price then want to charge another. I took my small car in and after looking at the car, told me the charge was £20 not the normal £20 as the car was dirty (NOT covered in mud or anything - just in need of a wash). I wonder how many clean cars come for a wash? Not honest business practise

Left Tesla car for interior and exterior. Now windows keep dropping when car is on, when windows come back up after locking car they are all wet. We have small kids, lucky we could borrow a backup car. Have had to book a Tesla service now to resolve whatever damages was caused here.

I left my car here for an inside and outside clean and was told it would take 40 minutes. I returned after an hour, only to find that my car hadn’t even been started yet. When I asked about the delay, I was then told it would be “10 minutes,” which was clearly unrealistic for a proper interior and exterior clean. When I questioned this, the staff member became rude and told me I could either take my car or leave it. I chose to take it, and my car was still wet with water marks and not properly cleaned. Very disappointing experience — poor time management, lack of honesty, and unprofessional customer service. I wouldn’t recommend.
