Thieves!!! Do not go to this place!!!! Will steal things from your car whilst your getting money out for them. Defo do not recommend. Stay away!!

What an absolute nightmare. These guys left my car in neutral with the handbrake off. It subsequently rolled out across 2 lanes of traffic, straight into the side of a bus. Completely wrote off my car. Total cost £11,000. And as my car hit the bus, the fault lies with me. I've no idea how much my insurance will go up by next year. Police were called but said there is nothing they can do. It's a matter for the small claims court. I was advised that the car wash probably doesn't have adequate insurance, and it's likely they won't turn up at court due to working illegally. That, along with no witnesses, I don't stand a chance. I wish I could leave no stars. Use them at your own risk. I don't like leaving bad reviews, but I felt this was a necessary experience to share. Please beware. A harsh lesson learnt.

This unit does not issue any kind of tax receipt, if you ask him for the tax receipt or to pay with the card, he jumps to beat you, I experienced this firsthand, do not wash the cars in any way as they should be worth their money, do not wash your car there....

Been using this wash since it opened now will never use again now disgusting company and total rip off normally 17 pounds but today's special price 35 wow inflation at its best will now go elsewhere avoid at all cost

Have always used this car wash never had any problem they do a good job cleaning! but on my last visit they suddenly charged me £28 when normally it doesn't go above £20. It is not about the money it is about the honesty if you have clearly advertised the incorrect price at least make people aware of it.

Drove up for a in and out 'silver service'... One below special. Special £25 so assumed silver less but Jo price for silver listed. They finished up with a mediocre clean and asked for £25-special service price. I noted they hadn't hand polished so were asking for the special service amount but without the full service. Advised staff I only had £20 cash. Don't take card. He told me to get cash from cash point but I didn't have a card. Allegeed 'boss' came out. I advised him its not OK to not advertise prices and charge me cost of another service not listed. He said he agreed but they don't write prices and keep increasing their prices!!! He made me pay via BACS to a PERSONAL bank account while he watched!! All cash in hand! Likely tax evading business with cash only transactions. Didn't give me a air freshener so I asked and was given on open air freshener! I defo would not be back! Extortionate! False pricing! Tax evading! The staff work very hard in general

they scratched the paint really bad and didnt even tell me about it, I had to see for myself a huge chunk of paint missing when I was fuelling afterwards, terrible service do not go there

Rubbish car wash.. car still dirty on the outside. Detail is not great around the edges, wheels and windows.

I use the nearby garage and occasionally turn my car unobtrusively in the cramped road. For those few seconds, the men at this car wash give me dirty looks and gesture aggressively. On one occasion, I was waiting and watched them 'wash' a car. This entailed a bloke mindlessly pointing his hose at a car as though it was an extension of his anatomy. He wasn't even watching, so the car was partially hosed only. There was no shampoo used at all. As I was sitting one of them approached me so I asked how much it cost (no prices anywhere). I told him I didn't have cash. So he began demanding I go to a cash point and get some. I hadn't even asked. Cars are expensive and it seems these crooks are using the site illegally, that's why they're so jumpy. They want cash in hand, have NO INSURANCE and therefore you are entrusting one of your biggest valuables to a bunch of dodgy blokes. My car sadly remains dirty, but better then being smashed up or my paying money for it to be ruined.

Best car wash around my area in Mill Hill. Always recommend this place to people I meet.

Worst customer service I have ever come across, after asking a worker for a slight reduction in price, he asked if me to leave, I’m pretty sure it was the owner, he behaves like a child.

Some people who don’t even know how to speak English, very unfriendly and disrespectful. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to come here because my car was washed terribly. They have no idea what they’re doing they clean very badly, leaving dirt exactly where it was, just wiping over the surface. And on top of that, they charge £40. Definitely not recommended.

Don't come here! Car was scratched and my interior carpets went missing! 🤦🏽‍♂️🤬 Not worth the random figure they will pluck out of thin air they charge, they are absolutely atrocious at washing cars, left scratches on my car as well as misplaced my interior carpets. I went back to them to get the carpets, and they flat out denied they had them, even though I saw them take them out to "clean them". Looks like this has happened to many others as they went on to show me stack of carpets they have in their store room all from different cars. Obviously they put my carpets in another car, at no point did they accept they had made a mistake, and tried to tell me the carpets were not in the car in the first place!!!! Do not take your pride and joy to these guys unless you want to be utterly disappointed. Unfortunately, it doesn't allow to give 0 Stars on here but that's what I would rate their service. Be aware! Find another place to get your car washed. Wish I had read the reviews before visiting.

Avoid at all cost! Overpriced car wash. Charged £20 for a standard car wash and then didn’t even do that properly. They’re rude and complain when you tell them that they’ve left spots dirty. I should have seen the reviews before going there.
