Unfortunately, my experience here was disappointing. The biggest issue was the lack of communication from the staff. Customers queue up with their cars, but no one explains how long the wait will be or how the queue is being managed. You’re simply expected to wait indefinitely without any updates. It also didn’t feel like there was a clear first-come, first-served system, which made the whole process frustrating and disorganised. The car wash itself offers only fairly basic cleaning services, and in my opinion, they’re not worth the lengthy wait. The location, in a confined car park that’s awkward to drive through, only adds to the inconvenience.

Very poor attention to detail. Left the car wash with the alloy wheels still covered in dirt and brake dust. Not worth the money.

Took today my car to be re washed after someone done a bad job in another place and said they could not do better.My car is 1 and half years old BMW with Low mileage and gets washed a lot. The staff at MR Wash done a brilliant job and I will be back again. The attention to detail is really impressive .They were polite and professional.Would recommend!

Been using this car wash for the past few years and always been satisfied. Unfortunately the new staff additions are poor additions to the team. One of the new staff members claimed the service advertised as ‘In and Out’ didn’t include wiping down of any internal surfaces and was just for hoover, and claimed I needed a ‘Mini Valet’ at extra cost - Clearly a scam as there was no difference to previous visits. The manager was quick to revert the charge to the usual fee, as opposed to a ‘’Mini Valet’ , acknowledging that the staff member was trying to scam. Be careful they don’t try to pull the same scam with you…….

Very disappointed with them. I have a VW Up (DVLA Class A ie small car and only 2 seats at the back). I’ve always been charged ‘small’ car prices when I’ve got my cash washed at various hand carwash places. This place charged me £15, which was the cost of a medium carwash (shampoo & wash outside only). What made it worse was there was a 4 door Toyota Aygo (male driver) in the same line who was charged the small car fee ie £10. I told the manager that my car is the smallest category car with DVLA, but he wasn’t bothered and rudely replied he was busy! I won’t be going there again!

I went there to get my car washed and I gave myself 45 mins. There was a small queue, where I patiently waited my turn. When I got to the front, to my dismay, he let 2 other cars come in front of me which were parked on the side with no one inside. They must have arrived at that point so they got bumped to the front of the queue. Totally hacked off with this as now I would be running late to my next appointment had I waited further to get my car washed here so had to leave instantly. Totally disgusted by the behaviour here and the people working. Total lack of respect from the guys working even after I mentioned to them of my situation. Will NEVER come here again and recommend no body else take there car there in the future. BTW there was nothing false about the review and this is exactly what happened
