Garden Car Wash

This place has become an absolute joke. I used to be a regular customer because the service was always good, but since they changed the staff, the quality has completely collapsed. The car wash was rushed, careless, and nowhere near the standard it used to be. My car was still dirty after the wash, with obvious areas that had barely been touched. It felt like nobody cared about doing a proper job. What’s most frustrating is seeing how badly this business has declined. The difference between the previous team and the current one is unbelievable. You’re paying good money and getting a lazy, substandard service in return. A complete waste of money and a huge disappointment. I will never return, and I would strongly advise others to think twice before spending their money here. There are far better car washes that actually value their customers and take pride in their work.

Got my car washed today. £25. The worst car wash I have experienced. Would never go here again. These pictures are after me telling them to clean the water marks outside and on the windows when they supposedly finished. When I sat in the car I noticed these (pictures attached). If I didn’t have a doctors appointment to rush to, I would have not left. But they had taken my payment while they were still cleaning. Please don’t bother going here.

Worst car wash i have ever been to. Popped in today for a car wash and the guy was done in 10 minutes, he asked if i wanted to pay by card and i was shocked and stated are you not going to wipe the car down, he stated it was raining and i said so what, on top no glass cleaner for the outside? What did i just pay £9 for? A quick 5 minute wash by rude attituded staff. Do not Recfomend anyone to go here an absolute joke

This has to be the worst car wash I have ever been to. There was dirt all over my car afterwards. I was the last car on the day and they switched all the lights off so the guy was using his phone as light, while constantly swearing in punjab.

Absolute joke of a car wash, ran by kids who just wanna mess about. No skill in asking cars. That was the last time

they are a bit not well organised.... to long waiting in the queue for someone to come and squeeze in front of others. i will newer come back to their services.

Would give a 0 if possible, asked for a inside clean, they did a quick hoover and said its done, asked to redo the back seats and the worker looked offended and said he already did it, they completely forgot the boot and when asked, did a quick hoover and called it. Avoid at all costs

I went in for a wash and left very disappointed. The car wasn’t dried properly, dirt was still on the wheels and doors, and when I rubbed my finger on the door the grime came straight off. They didn’t even bother opening the boot or doors to dry. On top of that, the guy kept coming over asking for payment before the job was even finished. He told me it was £10 when just before it was £9, and when I questioned the price increase he just said “Boss put the price up” without caring about the poor quality of work. Nobody seemed interested in providing a proper service, just in collecting money. Even if they charged £5 I wouldn’t return. Save your time and avoid this place.

1st time i gave my car for full valiting they charged me 150£ but they give back my all car wet from last 6 days and too much smell in my car bequase of wet now i never ever visit again here very bed service ..

I had a very disappointing experience at this car wash. They charged me for a medium-sized car even though my Toyota Aygo is a small car. They told me only two-door cars count as “small,” which doesn’t make sense. The cleaning was very basic — some parts, like the plastic trim, weren’t cleaned properly. The staff were also quite rude. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re looking for a proper car wash. They don’t seem to know how to do their job properly.

What a waste of time. They cleaned absolutely nothing, if anything made more mess. Tried to leave splats of neon spray all over the car, the sprays they use leave marks everywhere, can’t even hoover properly. Workers attitude is horrendous, never going back

Worst car wash. Just had the car wash from this place and all the stains left on the car and had to tell and show them to show the stains and they cleaned it but still other side left with stains. Absolutely rubbish service. The whole point to get the car wash from these services is that you don't have to do it yourself but yet to find a proper car wash which does a brilliant job. Wouldn't recommend this car wash.

This place has changed hands so many times and I haven’t been here for a while. But after todays visit certainly won’t be going back again. Very slow service. Car poorly cleared and staff seem to be daydreaming more than working. One to avoid for sure.

I had an absolutely awful experience at this car wash. The service was so bad that I had to get out of my car and clean it myself. I even had to wipe down the car with my own cloth because the staff were clearly more interested in chatting with each other than doing their job. The workers were hanging around for over 5 minutes just talking, while my car was left unattended. When I finally got my car back, it was far from clean, and I had to finish the job myself. To top it off, they tried to charge me £18 for just an outside wash. Before I even paid, I asked the guy about the price, and he told me I had selected the "in and out" service. I told him that wasn't the case, as I only asked for the outside wash due to how long they were taking. If you value your car and your time, do yourself a favor and avoid this place. It’s a total waste of money and will leave you frustrated. I'll never be returning.
