They sat revving the car in first against the handbrake, pretty sure they’ve scratched the car and it came away with more visible dirt than it arrived with due to them not drying anything properly.

DO NOT USE for any type of valet services - ITS A CON! Tried to charge me £100 initially then quickly came down to £75. Said it will take 3hrs. So I dropped the car off and was looking forward to getting it back after 3hrs of valet services only to find they put the black wax on the tyres and cleaned the damp from the seat belts and that’s it. It was a general wipe down within the last 20 minutes before I came to pick up the car as the wetness was still fresh everything else not even touched! Glove box full of dust, inside door they really thought they could fool to rob money off people. So DO NOT USE FOR ANY TYPE OF VALET services. It’s only good for basic in and out clean and don’t get conned by the prices. There are better car cleaning services near by who are worthy of spending your money on.

First time here, the reviews convinced me to try it out as I’m new to the area. Overall very friendly, very quick and they only charged £15! When I got home I noticed on the passenger side they hadn’t cleaned the tyre trim as it was still dirty. I would return as my car is so shiny and maybe just double check before I leave that all tyres were cleaned

sort your drains out! My son just fell down this drain and sprained his ankle !!

Not bad car wash

I've had my car washed 4 times here, the most recent being yesterday 27th April 2026. I've noticed scratches all around my car and sometimes I have to wipe the dirt that was not washed off properly, when I get home. I don't know if they chipped my side window, dented some areas on the car or scratched my windscreen from the last times I've been there. Yesterday I had to constantly tell them to wipe properly as there was still dirt (still had to wipe some areas myself today) and the cloths they use are dirty. They didn't do a great job cleaning the interior either. Today I've noticed scratches again, which are orange/brown rust and black, deep into the metal of my silver car. I'm very annoyed, last time I'll ever go there. Waste of £15. Time to find another car wash in Medway/Kent. Then when I'm able to, I'll research a valeter that I can go to (as I don't think it's possible/accessible at my first floor flat), preferably in Kent.

1st time ever using this place or any car wash for that matter. I was very impressed on how quick they was. Car was cleaned inside/Outside for £15. Boss man was very friendly and made sure car was cleaned properly before I could drive away. Definitely will use them again

I went here recently, they cleans car ok. When I went to pay £15 hefty I thought.I gave him £20 pound he hesitated to give me change “it was very dirty “he said. I thought year that’s why I’m here. It’s a 100 per cent no from me ☹️

Been using for years best place around they do a fab job

My car hadn’t been washed for almost a year. Came out sparkling. Good job, good price and speedy.

Do not come here trust me on this when you see this They will scratch your car and damage the paint 2024 brand new car ruined Luckily I have a polishing machine But trust me do not come here
