Excellent car wash - very good attention to detail

I came down to Waves hand car wash penarth today and they did an immaculate job with my vehicle. I cannot be more pleased. I asked the workers name and his name was Taha he’s the one who did my vehicle and hes the one who did an immaculate job. Really do recommended waves hand car wash penarth as it also under new management.

The team did an excellent job and were so friendly and helpful. They even helped me load my shopping into the car. I will try to persuade all my Penarth friends to go to Waves.

Inside and out clean £35 for the gold package. Told it would be an hour - got back after an hour and 15 and they had only just started. Waited a further half hour to be told they won’t be starting the inside for another 20 minutes - there was only one car in front of me who jumped the queue and the guy spent 40 minutes hovering that car as he clearly couldn’t be assed to do any work. Also got irritated by his colleague when he was asked to move on. Waste of a morning. Don’t waste your time with this place and it’s pricey, they will up the volume (car type) even for small cars to atleast 3.

Recklessly scratched my car’s interior. Made it a lot worse by refusing to apologise or accept fault. Name = Tara something

I’ve deleted my previous 1 star review and am replacing it with 5 stars, since the car wash has been under the new ownership - would recommend!

Got my car washed here today and it was fantastic Did book for the gold package but was advised I needed the platinum (was expecting it, bonnet and roof was green 😂) They did a great job no complaints, will definitely be back

Great service! My car was in such a state after several tip runs and moving house. The team made it look like new! They even carried my shopping and put it in the boot for me, as I’d dropped the car off and gone to Tesco next door. Thank you again!
