IMO Car Wash

Asked and paid for rain wash option £13 and has been selected as triple wash option. Charge and do it what supposed. This not only car wash in Cardiff and I’ll spread the news, they are scammers

As my car was trying to go on the ramp, but was moving instead it was moving my car up sideways.. Then I had a guy coming towards me remove the button from the car, but it happened again my car wasn’t moving then next minute as I was trying to get the guys attention by beeping the horn, by don’t seem to care I had the guy who then had a go at me which he step over the mark, I had my son who has Austim so that didn’t help…. The guy is most unfriendly person, I’ve been coming here many years.. Because what happened 2-day I most definitely won’t be.. If there was a ‘0’ I would of put it down..

WOW! based on reviews i thought i would give this car wash a go. NEVER again. It is run by 3 young males that clearly aren't trained properly to run this car wash. One of the young men called me through onto the ramp possibly to soon whilst a car infront of me was going through the car wash. My car was pulled through too fast to where the point i was close to hitting the car going through in front of me. The machinery was then stopped mid car wash and i was told if i had hit the car infront of me then it was my fault!? as i have previously stated run by people that do not have enough training. Luckily there was no damage to either cars. Avoid !

Originally I came just to use the self service vacuum however I ended up going with the valet option for £25 and it was absolutely worth it. My car is super clean inside and out including carpet cleaning and only in 45 mins which is fantastic considering I brought half of the beach with me. Absolutely 10/10 service would recommend.

Friendly guys but wash was very poor. Left all the dust and dirt across both sides of my car below the doors, a good two inch streak from front to back, not worth half what I paid and will not be going back

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent service! I visited today and was really impressed with the quality of the car wash. The team did an amazing job — my car looks spotless and like new again. They paid great attention to detail and were friendly and professional throughout. It’s clear they take pride in their work. I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great car wash.

Very disappointing experience at IMO Car Wash. Before using the vacuum, I specifically asked the staff if I could use it and they said yes. After I had already started cleaning my car, they suddenly told me that the vacuum requires cash and they do not accept card. This was never explained beforehand. On top of that, the staff were extremely rude when speaking to me. The actual car wash was also very poor — they didn’t properly apply soap or wash the car, and my car was still dirty afterwards. Overall, the service quality and customer service were terrible. I would not recommend this place and definitely will not return. I can’t give even think giving a star for them just giving one star because they won’t allow me to post without a star
