IMO Car Wash

This place is a scam. Paid for rain guard and the operator set it on a cheaper wash. No light to to indicate which wash the cat was having. Also operator did not even pre wash with a lance like other branches. Avoid this broach at all costs. I complained to the head office who were brilliant and offered me a free ultra had voucher.

Been using this car wash for a decade. Always found the guys working there ok and my car looks great afterwards.

Damaged my car! Ripped part of the wheel arch off

Avoid this place! After a bird made a mess on the bonnet of my car I took it to this carwash immediately. The attendant has somehow managed to pressure wash the paint off my car, and didn't even get all the mess! I now have an expensive repair to sort out, their customer service is non-existant and ignore all communication.

Sat here at 0830 the place is still not open guy turned up at 8 did not say sorry I'm late I'll be open soon this seems to be a regular thing

Never open at the times it states online. Turned up at 17:30 tonight claims to shut at 7 was very much shut at 17:30

The bloke that runs this site is very moody and shouts at people avoid at all costs
