Worst "full valet" experience ever. Do not waste your money. ​I booked a "full valet" expecting a professionally cleaned car, but what I got was a lazy, rushed job. I have attached photos to show the actual state of the car immediately after the service: ​Seats: The seats were completely ignored and not washed at all. For a full valet service, upholstery cleaning is a basic standard, yet they weren't even touched. ​Interior plastics: The door panels and plastics were clearly not wiped. If you run a finger over the armrest, it comes away black with dust and dirt. ​Exterior: The windshield and paintwork (especially around the fuel cap) are covered in ugly streaks and dried product runs. Wheels: The alloys were barely touched; they are still caked in brake dust and road grime. ​A basic £10 hand wash does a better job than this supposedly premium service. Completely unprofessional. Save your time and money and go elsewhere.

Took my car for a wash as I have been away for 3 months on holiday, the car was so dirty, mould in places, left the car for a couple of hours with Vilson, got a notification car was ready for collection, i was given a brand new vehicle, it was so clean and spotless, my car was given a very good wash. The service was really professional and exceptional

Fantastic service. Needed a deep clean before returning car to lease company and getting penalties. Friendly, efficient and well priced. Bonus of being able to sit and work in the golf cub cafe with a coffee while I waited. Would thoroughly recommend.

Very detailed experience and customer service

Came here because of the reviews. They love upto the hype. Got my van washed. Very good job and the very first hand car wash to actually clean the roof of my van. Very friendly too. Very good attention to detail. They took their time. Also a nice change that you can pay by card rather than cash. The man also spotted a slow puncture on one tyre. I will definitely return and highly recommend.
