Went and had my car washed today, as they always do a great job I never checked, when I got hime the wheels where filthy. Need to get better. Standards are slipping

I’ve been a loyal customer here for over two years, which makes this experience even more disappointing. I pulled up and joined the queue as normal. One of the workers then got into his own car, beeped at me to reverse so he could go in front of me, despite the car wash not even being busy. As I reversed, he and another worker started laughing. I found it incredibly disrespectful, so I drove away and won’t be returning. The quality has also become inconsistent. They often leave water marks on the car, and this latest experience made it feel like the staff were prioritising themselves over paying customers. It’s a real shame because not all of the workers are like this, and I’ve had good experiences in the past. Unfortunately, this has put me off for good. I’ll be taking my business to one of the other car washes in Aylesbury, many of which are cheaper as well.

“Best car wash in town” whoever has said this has probably been bribed. It is more like worst car wash in town. I have never seen such rubbish car wash in my life. They leave dirt on your car - do not go here! I am saving you the trouble by writing my honest review as a paying customer! The man there also has an attitude problem when you try and correct him on a service you are paying for! You ask him to clean your car properly and he refuses. Even after paying £17. He will then deflect your concerns, showing no respect to customers. Do not trust these frauds with your car, will save you a lot of time and hassle and you can do a much better job yourself, or literally any other car wash in Aylesbury. It will be very good luck to you not to go here and go somewhere else. I will never recommend anyone to go here to get their car washed. They call themselves a car wash but will not wash your car properly, I can see now why so many people have had similar bad experiences with this car wash. You have been warned!

BE WARNED! You will not get a clean car after going here. They will miss parts and refuse to clean it properly. It would have taken an extra minute to clean properly but they did not want to take pride in their work and had very bad customer service. They do not want to retain customers it looks like with the quality of their ‘car washes’. Which car wash have you gone to and they have said yes we will not clean your car properly because you pay us £17. Pathetic excuse of a car wash. After looking at the other rightful 1 star reviews I have no doubt the owner will reply taking no accountability or responsibility of their actions. I will never recommend this car wash to anyone and literally any other car wash would do a better job of cleaning your car (proof shown in pictures).

Just had my car VW Golf two done around 1730 hours today 16/04/26 . I kindly asked the guy whom I paid to with a POS machine to check clean the visible dirty in the edges of the door and out side . He was so rude at me and told me to pay more because this is just basics. The other lady tried to clean of the dirty but she was so much in a rush and the other guy with POS machine was actually shouting telling the lady no to do it and to close the doors so that I can leave.But I asked him basic leaving dirty on my car and yet I paid.lacking professionalism he said yes you pay more if you need detailing and yet I had been coming to this car wash for nearly a year without having issues. This was so unprofessional and uncalled for.

I am using this car wash for long years and really was satisfied however recent days of experience seems really what not I expected. Brought my 5 seat company mini van today and requested them requested “ in and out wash under price display option 4-Silver” and paid £18 as been asked to pay, but they haven’t done vacuum at all behind driver seat and only carried out interior cleaning at front. As soon as I noticed that, I have informed to one of guy (seems like supervisor/ manager), but he said this price not covered to vacuum and clean back side”. I was shocked because the price display doesn’t says it’s only covered for front cleaning. I really frustrated of this today. Also brought my personal car last month and paid for Option 2 but tyres were not made shine. This is something you need to makesure with your whole team to provide good customer service and keep your high quality of service.

Brilliant car wash, excellent job done and the car looks and smells lovely ❤️ The staff are lovely and always friendly and helpful and let's face it, who doesn't love a "keep calm and carry on" air freshener! Highly recommend 👍🏼
