Clean Getaway Hand Carwash

NOT RECOMMEND!!! The worst car wash in the area possible! I had to show them about 2 or 3 times that the car wasn't dried properly and as they are using dirty clothes to dry it, they have to do the job multiple times. The the hoover is just "walked" inside the car! I told them I don't want that oil on the tyres, but they ignored it. Never again there!

Everyone at Clean Getaway are so friendly and more importantly they do a very thorough job on your vehicle inside and out. My brother and I have been going there since the start, I was there today for my an outside clean and was given a cold drink while I waited.. which was very much appreciated in this heat. My brother now lives 35 miles away ( 70 mile round trip) but always drives to this car wash for his M4 as he trusts them and the price is very competitive compared to where he lives. I would recommend Cleaning getaway for anyone in the Aylesbury area, if you e not been give it a try …

Wondered why there was no queue at lunch hour and soon found out that the prices have been hiked. Also when you request an inside out clean, the doors, controls and pockets are not included, that will cost an additional £7. A car wash costing £27 is steep

I have just come away very dissapointed in the quality of cleaning, I was dissapointed the last few times but decided to give them another go, but sadly I won't be back. I've been using this service for a few years now and have always been happy with the finish and price. The price has gone up 3 times now, which I understand, but the quality hasn't. When I got home I had to go over the outside with a damp cloth to remove watermarks and the more prominent dirt around back wiper and beneath. The inside faired no better, marks and dust around the gears and the door handles and the carpets were still quite dirty. Don't understand why they have a quality control person at the end of the job, as he's obviously not interested or has bad eyesight! Will be looking for somewhere else to take my car now - shame .

Perfect experience! Was £2 short but they was fine with that! Absolute legends!

I had been going to them for a number of years but recently they have dropped standards like never before. The quality control person they had employed used to oversee the work properly but the one they have now simply do not check much which makes the after experience quite shocking and not your money's worth while leaving the car quite dirty. I would give them a couple more opportunities as it may have been one off but will certainly be going elsewhere if it continues to be the same experience.

Absolutely useless about five people doing my car not one of them are doing it properly. They’re all rushing yet and nothing’s been done properly and one of the staff is even wearing a ring. Shabby job, shabby service, shabby ownership or management
