I've stopped coming here. I was forced to pay an extra charge that wasn't advertised. When I said I wasn't paying the additional fee, I was shouted at and told to leave which made me feel scared , and pay for the wash and dry. However, my car had already been washed and dried, so I had no choice but to pay for the interior clean. The customer next to me looked at me and agreed that this was not very nice On another occasion, they lost one of my car mats and then blamed me for it. I'll be using Clean Gateway from now on. They're cheaper, do a better job, don't argue with customers, and don't change the price once you get there.

Really good job, affordable price and very fast

Car was not clean, lots of patches of untouched dirt. Tyres were only partially blacked. Avoid and use other places.

Always get a good clean from these guys. Highly recommend.

Pro Hand Car Wash delivered one of the worst customer experiences I’ve had in a long time. After the service, I noticed that several parts of the interior were not cleaned at all — areas around the centre console, storage compartments, and lower sections were completely untouched.When I politely pointed this out, the main guy started shouting at me, instead of addressing the issue professionally. His response was that “you can’t expect more for £20”, which is an unacceptable excuse for poor workmanship and even worse behaviour.If they advertise interior cleaning, they should actually do it — and without yelling at customers who simply expect the job to be done properly.I will not be returning, and I strongly do not recommend this place.

Great car wash. Very quick even when there's a queue. Good value and products used.

They're OK, but cheap.

Possibly the busiest car wash I've attended !! 4 lanes of cars but very well organised so managed to get a mini valet ( inside and out ) completed in under an hour ! Checked the car and it was cleaned to a very good standard 👏

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this service was honestly disappointing. Very rude and unprofessional staff. Paid £14 for a car wash and parts of the dashboard and inside doors were still dirty. When I pointed it out politely, the response was: “Madam, if you want it cleaner, pay £25.” It wasn’t even about the money — the customer service and attitude were terrible. Poor cleaning job and zero professionalism. Would not recommend.

Visited this car wash today and had a very disappointing experience with the boss. I politely mentioned that during our previous visits the inside of the car and our other cars too had not been cleaned properly, but instead of listening, he became defensive and rude. Then refused to clean the inside of the car instead of offering to ensure the car is cleaned properly this time. While discussing this, we noticed that one of the model lettering badges on the back of the boot had come off, possibly because the jet wash had been used too closely. Rather than checking properly or handling the concern professionally, the boss immediately blamed us and questioned whether it had already been damaged before. We then found the piece were the car was washed, but the boss still refused to take responsibility. At one point the situation became so tense that I had to ask him to calm down. He also accused us of shouting at him, which was not true — we were trying to explain the situation calmly throughout. Overall, the customer service was very poor and the situation was handled unprofessionally. If I could give a zero star review, I definitely would.

Super quick service and they do a cery gud job for a gud price

Absolutely brilliant service! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Took my car in and it came out looking brand new — spotless inside and out. The staff were friendly, efficient, and clearly take pride in their work. They didn’t miss a single detail, even the little things like the rims and interior trim were perfect. Great value for money too. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending to others!

Fast experience but too many staff members so not paying attention to the cars...hence not good clean or many missed areas..

Hit and miss to be honest. Some time they do a great job, other times you wonder did they actually wash the car or ran a wet rag over the car. Do a walk around before you drive off

Very good and generous people they offered me a cup of tea or coffee I really appreciate it and I said I want a deep clean for a medium car they said £45

I use this car wash because they do a very decent job. And if I see something that should be done better, they do it without hesitation.
