This is the second time getting my car a mini valet here and both times my car has smelled vile after for weeks I don’t know if they use dirty water or just dirty clothes not going back there

Asked for a mini valet to be done while I was at the gym. Wasn’t busy at all, but I was told to come back tomorrow. Service has gone down hill as it used to be great.

This car wash used to be pretty decent but the quality these days is shocking. It’s not like it was busy because it was 8:30am on a Saturday and I was the only car in there! If I pay for my car washing I don’t expect to have to go home and do it properly myself!

Take the correct change for your wash! Tried to short change me, and took 3 attempts to get the correct change! The wash wasn't up to stratch. They need to up their game! I don't think they use a wax product anymore. Poor!

The price on the wall was 20£ for a mini vallet and then the guy asked for £25, arrogant attitude.

Just as dirty when the car dries. They need to use clean sponges and leathers.

Went in for a wash and dry. Came out with sills still dirty and not dry Got home and found lots of chemical residue had to polish the hole car NOT IMPRESSED

Car still filthy had a 14 year old cleaning it!

Service is good, but it needs a really good tidy up on the outside ground approaching the site.
