Araz Hand car wash

I've been taking my car for a wash to this place quite some time now but this time took my car around 9:40am for a wash me being the only customer there they should be taking their time with the car and washing it thoroughly as I've mentioned to the guys that the car is filthy. Barely any pre wash on my car. They started with a blast of water then rushed with a tiny amount of pre wash not even covering car, missing door panels 4 people jumping in with mits and rushing with fast and harsh scrubbing. Me being the only costumer there the service shouldn't be rushed. After some harsh scrubbing they rinsed my car and parked up for drying. Got out of my car while they were drying, I see my front bumper fully deep scratched up and paint chip on the front of my gti bumper. The chip was caused due to them preassuring really close to the paint and the deep scratches was a lack of pre wash and extreme scrubbing with no care. I definitely won't be returning and I do not recommend anyone this car wash as its too rushed and they don't care if they end up scratching or paint. Very disappointing now I need a paint job on my front gti bumper. An absolute joke of a car wash. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CAR WASH AT ALL!!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS !! 16/01/2026

This is by far the best car wash in Wolverhampton. Very nice people and they do a really good job of cleaning car inside and out. More detail than your normal car wash. All there products are auto glym and makes a big difference when finished. Try this car wash and you won’t be disappointed

Terrible service the wash was shocking! I ended up having to borrow a cloth and clean parts myself. Got home to have a peopper look my rims look like they aint been touched door Wells are filthy and my carpets still got bits... Not expecting perfection but for 20pound a bit of effort.... AVOID!!! Never again

I've been a regular here for awhile and highly recommend for the best service in Wolverhampton. They use Auto Glym so my car always looks so clean and shiny, I always get asked where I get it cleaned. They provide value for money and a swift service. I regularly see luxury and sports cars there so it proves they do a good job. 10/10

Scammed at this car wash. Have a MPV so paid the extra as it’s another vehicle just for a wash. Got home and realised wheels all dirty, paintwork dirty and small scratch to rear and roof NOT done at all. Went back. Owner (repeatedly swearing as his workers) denied scratch and claimed it was double the price £20 to include the roof just for a wash Criminal, bad attitude, worst car wash in Wolverhampton hands down.
