I’ve been using this station for years but recently had a bad experience so won’t using this station or shell again. I used this station multiple times a week for fuel and every couple of months to pump up tyres. The air machine has always been £1 so I go this time put in £1 go to pump up tyres and nothing is happening. I go inside speak to guy behind the counter he says it’s gone up to £1.50 no notice of this or anything. I go back to machine put another 50p in again doesn’t work. I go back inside again and guy says you have to put the whole £1.50 in together so I said I’ve just put £1.50 in it. The guy then says nothing he can do? I told him you need to give me my money back which he refused. I go back outside and a guy calls me over and explains another driver just came before me same problem and guy behind the counter gave him his money back. So I go inside for third time and kick off and tell the guy he gave the other guy his money back I want mine back, I said you can’t just rob peoples money. The guy then starts threatening with the police, this is ridiculous. In the end the guy gave my money back and now I never will use this place again or any other place that has the shell logo. Looks like BP has gained a regular customer.

Had the misfortune of using this station this morning. Staff member on phone talking to "bro" instead of dealing with customers. Terrible service no please thankyou or listening to me when needed a receipt. Surely customers first not "bro".....

I wanted to drop off a very small Amazon parcel and man at the counter made a lot of excuses to not take it and in the end he refused to accept the parcel saying they have got to many parcels. He said I should go to different Shell but he forgot to mention you accept parcels only till 7.30pm. If you provide Amazon service and it is possible to book it online you should accept any parcel! It is not my business you cannot cope with workload! You wasted my time as I was not able to drop off parcel yesterday and now I have to go out of my way to travel to deal with it. It is RIDICULOUS! Very poor customer service!

Very good never too busy

Was told it was closed by staff when I tried to fill up. For a petrol station that’s supposed to be 24 hours, the service doesn’t reflect that.

Went straight to a pump. Was horrified at the price per litre. Treated with courtesy when I went to pay.
