So basically I went to this Place on 25th July which was last week saturday to fix my car tyre puncture.I informed the guy that you don't need to take the tire out as the puncture is visible. He then put the jack and lift the car and asked me to release the hand brake. When the puncture was fixed the person didn't informed to apply the handbrake and as it was sloppy the car started rolling back at a good speed. Me and my friend were trying to sort out some luggage as we were going on holiday. Then somehow my friend stopped the car and I applied the hand brake. I told the staff why didn't you informed me to apply the handbrake. Suddenly one guy started shouting on us that we are not responsible for any damage to your car and started yelling on us. He was a body builder and was very fair in color. When I asked him that why are you shouting on he just came walking towards me and just put his nose close to me and threatened me that he will punch on my face so hard that I will die there. He gave me life threatening and when my friend tried to stopped him he did the same thing with him also. See we are normal human beings we are not combat fighters if you keep fighters as your staff it's good for you but very scary for your customers. You guys are keeping such staffs who are not human beings he was a monster and would have surely punched me hard on my face. This kind of incident never happened with me in my life so far. After all you guys are running your business because of us and this is how you treat your customers. It's shame for yo.to keep such staff. I think he was intoxicated as he was not in his sense. While he was threatening a lot salaiva was coming out from. His mouth .

This has been my go to car wash for over a year now. My car always leaves here shinning and smelling fresh. I’ve tried other car washes but haven’t been as happy with the service. The team here are very friendly and usually get my mini valet done within 45 mins each month 🙂
