Honestly one of the best car washes. They pay attention to detail when it comes to cleaning the car inside and out. Use to go to the one down the road but they would just rush cleaning my car and move on to the next. Definitely would recommend rood end valeting and there prices and much better xx

There is a car sales operation based behind this car wash, owned and run by a man who works there. My parents purchased a car from him via AutoTrader after their previous vehicle was written off in a crash. The advert and paperwork appeared legitimate, with full checks and service history supposedly up to date. They test drove the car and, at first glance, it seemed acceptable. A deposit was left, and he offered to drop the car off the following day — an offer that now feels deliberately calculated to gain trust. At the time of purchase, a battery warning light was flashing on the dashboard. When questioned, he assured my parents it would be fixed before delivery, which he claimed to have done. That assurance was clearly a lie. Since taking the car home, it has proven to be nothing short of a dangerous death trap. My parents have already been forced to spend over £1,000 on repairs, including battery and alternator faults, as well as replacing tyres (the only issue they reasonably expected). Despite these repairs, the problems did not stop. Just days ago, the accelerator pedal completely failed, leaving the car with no acceleration on a major roundabout with extremely heavy traffic. This could have easily resulted in serious injury or worse. There is absolutely no chance this seller was unaware of these issues. He knew exactly what he was selling and knowingly passed on a dangerous, unsafe vehicle to unsuspecting customers. That behaviour is not just dishonest — it is reckless and completely inhumane. Avoid this garage at all costs. Do not give these people your hard-earned money. They appear to profit by scrounging scrap vehicles and selling them on as roadworthy to decent, well-meaning people, putting lives at risk in the process.

Trynna charge me £15 for a wash, dry and tyre shine for a small car even though it said £7 on the board. Doubling prices since they seen I’m a woman. Will be reported, and all ladies must avoid this place

I took both my cars to this place to get *cleaned* today. I was so disappointed, save your money and take your car elsewhere! In short they don’t do a good job and argue back when you tell them to clean what they should have in the fist place. Definitely a case of gender discrimination as I am a female and they thought that they could get away with doing nothing and charging full. I had a mini valet done but it looks the same. When I said that parts are still dirty outside and should have been cleaned with a jet wash they guy said “the paint might come off if we use a jet wash” 😂 My cars were 2012 and 2021, there were no chips or dents so it’s stupid that the guy argued with me saying paint will come off. Don’t waste your time here, there are plenty of hand car wash places that respect you better.

If I could give a zero rating I would... The worst service ever... NEVER use your card to pay they charge it twice, then have the audacity to mock you when you ask back for the over charge... He was also very aggressive and balled up his fist and gritting his teeth...I thought he'd hit me at one point...all because I showed him his mistake and asked to be reimbursed...when i said im calling the police as i felt threatend...he then went back to mocking....l definitely would NOT recommend...plus the normal price for a car wash doubled when they saw a woman alone ... disgusting behaviour. I have warned my bank and the police of this situation...
