These guys are very thorough and know exactly what to do with my car. The finish was excellent! My old car looked like new after only having a mini valet. Keep doing well guys.

People are friendly but that isn't enough. Fitted the wrong tyre size to my car I need two 205/55 for my front wheels. They fitted one 205/55 and one 205/60. So my tmps kept going off until a mechanic said someone's fitted the wrong tyre and didn't balance it either. Avoid this place for tyres, there are better places in Oldbury just around the corner. They offered me a courtesy car wash which was less than stellar. And the Tyre guy only wants cash, no bank transfer or card which is very limited in this age.

paid £5 for a shampoo wash and there was visible dirt all over the car after the wash, you’re pretty much paying them just to water your car. don’t take an expensive car here

WHEEL DAMAGE DO NOT USE! Needed a tyre fitting to a wheel on my Porsche Macan, Diamond Cut wheel, wouldn’t use a random garage usually but it’s a straight fit a tyre on a wheel off the car, they gouged the edge of the rim when fitting the tyre and claimed it was pre-existing damage. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THESE AMATEURS!!

We went to this car wash today and paid for a mini valet which was £20, then they charged us an extra £5 because I had spilled a drink in the car, which we didn’t argue about and just paid £25 in total. Honestly, the service was really poor for what we paid. The exterior wasn’t cleaned properly at all and there are still visible bits and marks left on the car. Inside wasn’t much better either, the door shuts weren’t cleaned properly and the dashboard was still dirty, even though both of those are meant to be included in the mini valet service. They also didn’t provide an air freshener, which is also part of what we paid for. Overall, it just felt like a rushed and careless job and definitely not worth the money we paid.

I went to this place. They left marks all over my car. However, I went back. I told them look does marks around my car. They thoroughly watched it and cleaned it and apologised. So I'm changing my review from one start to 5 star. Thank you guys.

My first time using this company and they left marks with their chemicals and didn’t do a top job. I nearly drove back when I noticed these things but it was too far. Will not be using them again.

1st time at this car wash very good experience best thing was that they had a waiting room which was lovely and warm so you don't need to wait outside in the cold!! They also provide hot drinks ! Prices are very reasonable too and they did a very good job of cleaning the car. Would defo recommend this place
