IMO Car Wash

Great service

Like Mike Morgan on his previous review I too would give a minus score. The older bloke (he ain't a gentleman) is so rude. It's like you owe him something when he's actually being PAID to do the job. If he doesn't like what he does he should leave. Great advert for the company walking round in his trousers and no shirt. Don't get me started about when he decides to open. The website states that they open at 8.00am. He casually walks around putting the equipment in place and starts at 8.10am. Then to finish off the terrible experience he can't be bothered to give the complete service that I paid for. Absolute joke.

Both side lot of scratches, mine is just a Hatchback not a big car still they scrached on both side,

Wouldn’t give me a free turn on another machine Whilst I was waiting, saw them being rude and arrogant to everyone trying to negotiate their drive thru car wash. Unpleasant people

Good car wash

Avoid at all cost ❌If I could give - 5 I would. The older guy is rude and disrespectful. I paid for my wash and when I got to him apparently “his barcode isn’t working” so I asked if I can get it cleaned inside and apparently “we’re not cleaning inside today” never heard so much rubbish in my life. From what I can see by reviews I’m not the first to receive this service

Was very busy. Long queue. There has been much Sahara sand this week. Will go back another time.

Absolutely shocking today, they stopped the car wash mid flow during ceramic wash, £21 wash. left horrible coating all over car, all i asked for was the same wash again to coat it better, turned into a 15 min shouting match at the "boss" to do anything about, eventually got £20 refund. mistakes happen but its how you deal with them that counts.

Today i spent 6 pound in hand car and The worst washing was done today! hand Form brush Not Working, form not come out just water Come, Today totally waste my money and time and I even went to the car wash guy, for complain, but they ignored me

IMO car wash Stourport Rd. I don't usually use auto car washes. But this one was OK. Plenty of parking if there's a queue. Express wash was £10 for a good result 👌 paid in cash with no hassles. The machine stopped mid way. Has your required to put the car in neutral and be straight in alignment the wash moves the car itself. Overall a good option if it's cold and you don't want to freeze. Staff were good, you have to pay attention to them at the start and follow their instructions.

Does the job when feeling lazy. However I would criticise the attendants for having a fag in their mouth whilst doing the pre wash, which makes it's way through the vents, makes for an unprofessional experience. A smile wouldn't go a miss either by all staff.
