Used to be good but like some of the others there hiking up the prices because they are always buisy then the quality drops

Can’t fault the cleanliness of the car at all (inside and out) hence why it’s not a 1star review. However my passenger seat was scratched/cut by one of the guys cleaning inside. The guy told me it couldn’t of been them (even though there was a clear fresh mark and quite a large scratch from either a sharp piece of clothing or possibly the hoover) and I’m sure people have tried things on before, but I didn’t enjoy the way I was made out to be a liar. After he told me there was nothing they could do I asked for my money back, which he was very surprised at. So I explained that it’s going to cost more than £17 to get it fixed, especially through insurance and that it was up to him. He did give a refund in the end which I felt was fair, but be mindful if you use this place and maybe take pictures beforehand to save any hassle if another accident happens!

Always do an excellent job. Nothing is ever too much. I don't go anywhere else.
