I went to the car wash on 10Mar. Went there with my little one and waited for roughly 2hrs with my little one. I’m new to the area and this was my second time taking my car to these people. They’ve managed to scratch the coating on my dashboard and have left few scratches inside. Please avoid them if you care for your car. I asked them what do solution do you use to clean the insides of the car to which he responded madam it’s just window cleaning solution. He sprayed the solution on his own hand to show that this chemical is not harsh. They said they will pay me the cost of the damage which I’m not so sure about. He also added that because this is my first car I’m probably making it a big deal. And added that there scratches on the outsides of the car already so this isn’t a big deal. Customer service is absolute crap.

Terrible car wash service. I went for the detailing service which was £57 and it was the biggest waste of money. They left water marks all over my car and alloys, they didn’t dry anything properly. The interior was left dusty and still dirty and you’d expect a good and thorough clean for £57, I wouldn’t even pay £5 for this service! Never coming here again.

Not great… visited today for an outside wash only, when car was finished from a distance looked good, stupidly I also tipped. This will teach me to have a good look around before leaving. There was still dirt on the car, around the mirrors, along the boot line and a scratch has also appeared that was not there before. Not worth the money.

I always take my car to Waves Car Wash and I honestly can’t fault them. The service is always amazing. The staff are very friendly, polite, and have such a great attitude. They often help me put my shopping back into the car, which is something you don’t get everywhere and really shows how caring and helpful they are. They’re always happy to help with anything extra, and if I’m ever not fully satisfied, they fix it immediately without any hesitation. Very professional, hardworking, and genuinely kind people. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for excellent car wash service.

Whent there yesterday was told in and out would be £31 and wax on top £8 which i agreed to after doing my shopping the car was ready about 20mins it was about 4.30 so dark even int the dark i could see the top of car had a lot of water on it so i thought if it had of been wax there would no water on the car so i decided to look over the car bering in mind it is around 6 mths old there was still water around different parts the answer was do you want me to do every part with my finger there was smears every wear i wasnt happy so i said to the guy i think £39 is to expencive for the service so after 10 mins of complaining i had to wait 15 mins for the owner to come he asked what i was willing to pay i said £20 most£25 after another10mins Of arguing i paid £30 reluctently so i could take my car away i am a lady in my mid 70s so i was cold and tirerd feel i was bullied in to paying would not recomend any body to go to this place so all in all a great christmas eve

Not up to thr mark for the price they charging, I took a gold car wash and back side, grill and glases where with full water marks, seems they not wiped properly. No more second time.
