Best car wash in Harlow (although that’s not saying much to be fair) Decent prices as well and they pay attention to detail. Can also pay with my card which is handy. It gets busy during the summer so be ready to wait a while.

Took my car to be washed, paid gold. First time coming. I’ve got home and my car is COVERED all over in little scratches. I took it back and complained and of course they are denying it’s them at all. Tried telling me it’s stone chips. 100% it is NOT. There is up to 100 all over the car, including the roof. I’m absolutely GUTTED. Will not be using them again. Can’t really see on photos, 100x worse in person. Completely avoid.

Best car wash in Harlow. Not sure what any bad reviews are on about, it’s not car detailing. If you are just looking for a decent car wash I definitely recommend. Super clean, fast, no fuss and a good price. They also take card which is a plus when you have no cash :)

Paid for a gold wash and was deeply disappointed

Have been using this car wash for as long as I have been driving (11 years) local to me, fair price and convenient. I took my brand new car there to be washed for the first time, was not happy with the marks and attention to detail they did not pay when washing my new car. But the worse part, I had bought a nice rituals car air freshener which costs £25 for the wood effect part and the smell that goes inside. When I got home I realised it was gone from the front air vent and when I checked it had been broken off as the plastic part was in the car with the wood part nowhere to be seen. I drove back to the car wash, asked them if they had seen it, as I clearly knew it had been broken off when cleaning the dashboard (most probably accidental), upon asking I noticed it on the floor of the car wash area and broken to pieces as other cars had clearly driven over it. They did not offer any sort of apology or refund for my Expensive air freshener. Is a real shame as I have always been loyal to them but will not be returning after this, a refund of my air freshener should have been offered at the very least.

Brilliant job done every time. Sometimes you gave to queue but it's always worth it. Have tried others, and they're no where near as good. Won't go anywhere else

Thankyou to the fantastic staff working At TT car wash, Edinburgh way. Not only did you clean our car beautifully! But also very honest, and found a gold signet ring my o/h had lost weeks ago. You didn’t tell us, but just placed the ring in a compartment for my partner to find. I highly recommend your car wash, not just for the great price for a high finish clean. But also for your honesty and professionalism. Thankyou all

Rushed and rubbish job. Not the slightest attention to detail or pride in their work. Missed various obvious bits of dust and dirt in the interior. Ended up borrowing their cloth and finishing it myself!
