Great service. Lovely and clean.

They told me it would be an hour and a half, so the car would be ready at 1. They only started cleaning it at 1. They let me put my shopping in the car, went away for 15 minutes and came back, sat me down kept me waiting another 10 minutes then said it would be another 2 minutes, which turned out to be another 15 minutes. I expressed my frustration at waiting so long and they did offer £5 off, but I thought £10 would be more appropriate. It’s not just that it took nearly 2 hours but they had ample time and opportunity to tell me it would be a while longer. Might go elsewhere until this new team gets replaced

Very courteous staff - diligent and quality work.

Asked for interior and exterior. They said it will take less than an hour. Came back 1hr 15 minutes and they still haven't cleaned it. They put some tyre shine on and that's it. This is Tuesday lunchtime. I think the men work hard but it's very disorganised. I think they need a manager to help out. Very disappointed.

We got the platinum wash and don't even recognise our car! Completely spotless with attentive, transparent and kind service.

Amazing service! Love the people that work at Waves, they are speedy, friendly, my car always comes out sparkling inside and out and they always go the extra mile! Plus you can pop into the shops at Elliot’s Field whilst you’re waiting. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Stripped some paint off my car (plus took an hour more than promised). Vehemently denied it and rushed to the camera recording to prove it but couldn't. They didn't call back as promised (no surprise). I escalated to the franchise owner who said the service is at the owner's risk. First and last time at Waves Car Wash. Wrong and strong --> lost a customer for life.

Shahbaz (the owner) was fantastic, he gave my F-type a sparkling clean and polish that it seemed like brand new. Very Friendly guy.
