Paid for £12 wash and seemed to get same as all previous customers. Very quick and not that good. Certainly no underbody wash and left 'spots' on bodywork as water dried, despite claiming to prevent this. Don't waste money - just get the cheap wash.

Great idea for washing cars with ceramic or glass coatings, because there’s no physical contact between the machine and the paintwork. Unfortunately, the washing quality is very poor. It doesn’t clean properly, and even after using the most expensive programme, the car is still dirty. It’s fine for rinsing mud off an off-road vehicle, but if you want to actually wash your car properly, it simply doesn’t do the job. If it cost around £2, I might use it occasionally. But for £2 I can get three minutes at a self-service pressure washer and clean my car far better than this machine does for £12. I don’t think this business has a bright future unless the cleaning performance improves significantly.

Void it completely

Today I found a black dusty residue and patches of dirt still on the car after a £9 wash. Quality of wash seems to be deteriorating as I've not had this issue before

Car is covered in dirt looks like it hasn’t been washed, do not use this wash and save your money! Left water marks all over my car, honestly shameful company taking £9 to spray some water on the car.

Absolutely shocking results. Paid £12 and had to completely go over it again.second time now.ive tried contacting them but no response.Avoid Avoid !!!!

Pay for ultimate...no wax and no surface protectant ....rip of and not proper drying

Third visit in a row that this machine has had no wax making the ultimate wash I paid for a rip off. Avoid!

Used to be good when it opened. Standards just went downhill after that and they never improved. Don’t waste your money and go to another car wash

Bought the £6 wash. I was really happy with it. Doesn’t quite dry off all water but the wax seems really protective since. Very happy.

"I've used this car wash several times. I wouldn't call it great, but it's generally fine when the car is only lightly soiled. However, on this occasion (31 January 2026, around 08:20), the boom wash arm was malfunctioning badly. It kept hesitating and pausing for long periods, especially at the front offside of the car. On the last two cycles, it applied foam/overglow wash, but then completely failed to do the osmosis rinse. Despite that, it still gave the green light to exit the bay. As a result, my car was left completely covered in suds/soap residue. I now look ridiculous driving away, and I'm worried it'll leave water marks or stains. I'll have to go home and wash the car by hand to sort it out. No real way to address this, bit naff really!

Always something working and when it does not very good at all. Shame really as I don’t want to use a contact wash machine.

Just like some others mentioned, used £12 ultimate wash only to get car sprayed with water and then dried immediately, car is still full of foam and not rinsed at all. Used it before and the wash took way longer and used to wash the car well. Dont seem theres any way to report issues or speak to anyone responsible. Would be a good car wash if it was taken care of properly.

Your car wash is broken for the past 4 days. Can understand when it is below 0c but what happened today. Can you please provide proper service for the money that you charge. 2 weeks back, the water pump looks like not working and I had to exit the car wash and come home and spray off the soap in this weather.
