They took the lacquer off my front bumper and my door panel. It’s gonna cost me a fortune to get it fixed Reply to your answer; My car did not have any paint issues before it arrived to your car wash, and when I received the car no one shown me the damage until I was driving out the car park and saw the reflection of it because one of the staff was rushing me to move the car as it was causing traffic. Also my car is not that old

Had my seats cleaned here due to a spill. I only paid for my seats to be cleaned but Sohail and the team went above and beyond and cleaned the whole car with no extra charge as a kind gesture. Had my car cleaned from here a few times now and the service and quality is always amazing! Couldn’t recommend enough!

Had my car cleaned at ICC today and I’m so happy with the results🥰 My car was in need of a good clean and I was so impressed when I came back and saw it! The staff were so friendly and did the platinum wash and clean in an hour which I was so shocked and impressed with. Been wanting to get in for a long time and didn’t realise you didn’t have to pre book. Kicking myself I didn’t realise sooner as the team did an amazing job…Wowsers my car looked so good inside and out!!! ✨✨ So thankful to staff who are friendly and super helpful. I felt like I was driving a brand new car back home. It was well worth the long drive to Solihull and highly recommend them, you will not be disappointed!!!

Recently I had a full valet service at ICC Touchwood Solihull for my car. Since I bought a used vehicle, I wanted it thoroughly deep-cleaned, and the team did an excellent job! The service was top quality, offered at the best price in Solihull, and they also had great availability — I could get my car done straight away without waiting for days like in other places. The staff were not only professional and attentive, but they went above and beyond — when my car wouldn’t start, they helped me identify the issue and advised what to do next. That kind of support is far beyond their usual responsibilities, and I truly appreciated their kindness and effort. Highly recommended!

The ICC car wash always delivers, I chose to bring my car here and I can easily shop and collect when ready. My car is always spotless and smells incredible after I have had the Gold or Platinum service. Sohail is particularly friendly and approachable and always provides amazing customer service! Highly recommend having your car valeted here great value for money!

This is the second time I've been here. First time they did half a job but resolved it. Gave them another chance and considering the wait was 3 hours I thought it would have been a thorough clean. Wing mirror still dirty. Boot and headlights still dirty. I won't be coming back. They are so rough with how they hand the cars.

Brought van in yesterday and what a clean up they have done went well above my expectation for price paid so will be my new monthly cleaning place 😊

I took my Mercedes SLK to be washed today whilst I went and did some shopping, it was in a horrific state and hadn't been washed since before it had snowed! I also mentioned to the manager that the floor mats needed extra attention due to spilling a coffee on them. I chose to go for the platinum wash which for £45, using specialist sprays and washes, included a wax, full interior and exterior wash and also a polish. I was incredibly pleased with the results and especially pleased that the extra time had been taken to wash the mats at no extra cost! I have used ICC in Solihull before and will most definitely be using them again! I just wish they had some sort of a loyalty scheme for us repeat customers!
