Car Park Valeting

AVOID. If I could give this car washed zero stars I would. The people running the hand car wash in Morrison’s car park are cowboys. They have completely scraped the back of my car when moving it in the car park and refuse to pay for the damage to be repaired. They also took nearly two hours to wash my car; said they had validated the car parking for me due to them taking more than 1.5 hours and I have now received a parking penalty notice in the post for £100. I have contested the notice given it is the car wash’s fault and am left with having to pay for my car to be repaired. Do not get your car washed here.
