I was disappointed with my experience at this hand car wash. The service did not meet the standard I expected for the price charged. After the wash, I noticed several areas of the vehicle were still dirty, including [specific areas]. Based on my experience, I would not return and cannot recommend this car wash unless improvements are made to the quality control and customer service.

Sorry guys, but I paid £25 yesterday for a car wash, and the next day my car looked like this. I don’t think this is acceptable. I’m not an expert, but after a proper wash, the car shouldn’t be left in this condition. I’m sorry to say it, but you’ve lost me as a customer and I won’t be coming back. Please be more careful with other customers’ cars in the future. I wish you all the best.

They always do an excellent job, no matter how busy they are. It’s the best car wash in Nuneaton. The car is cleaned thoroughly with great attention to detail, and the prices are very affordable.

On the cleaning of the car I can not really fault them but during the cleaning I watched at one of the gentlemen knocked off the android auto screen from the dashboard which broke the stand, unmounted the screen from the stand and dropped in on the centre console. I watched the guy try to put it back on to no avail. When I got back in the car and the two gentlemen stood and watched me try to repair the screen eventually asked if everything was ok. I replied with the screen is broken now to which they looked at it and just shrugged and said I do t know. Not great customer experience so will not be back. The second star is only because of the speed and standard of the clean which is good for the money.

Great staff, affordable prices, and definitely will go again.

Used this place for years. Have a loyalty card. The new guy tried telling me i stamped my own card to get more money out of me. Would advise all to go elsewhere 👍

Went for a full valet yesterday, very happy with the service. Car was full of dog hair and mud but the car was like brand new again. Very friendly and professional staff. Will definitely be back, highly recommend
