Getting petrol during this warm weather is always a concern but was fairly quick and easy, was so glad that it has air conditioning so I could stand cool and peacefully while in the cue to pay, staff always polite and friendly. Will be back again soon. Thank you

Great petrol station

Two lads on night shift didn’t get their names but good staff nice to have chat with every time I come in

I am taxi driver and using this petrol station since 2022 at least 2 times a week and refuel for £120.00-£130.00 each time. (As I am paying by card, all proofs available) Not only fuel, other services too; like Greggs, Evri, Adblue, screen wash, etc Always happy for the services provided by all staffs except an aged and blond lady. Her manner, conversation and attitude are absolutely unacceptable. Always I was thinking that; maybe she is tired or not good mood for now or something, but it seems NO! If the management doesn’t think about, they lose valuable customers one by one. Just visited about 20 minutes ago, she was serving customers and again she was not nice for me! SHAME

Great service

I had a bad experience at BP Chelmsley Wood today between 1pm and 2pm. I was waiting for the pump to be activated while the staff member was busy on his phone. When he finally called me to the window, he told me I had to pay upfront, despite allowing other customers to fill up and pay afterwards. When I questioned this, he was rude, disrespectful, and swore at me. I found his behaviour unprofessional and unacceptable.

Always nice service

Always friendly staff. Has Greg's attached to left side but run out very quickly so have to be early. Shop attached and has everything you may need. Use petrol station for many years and never have a problem other than maybe waiting a while for a pump but that's down to cars in front as it is a very busy in mornings and evening

Long wait sometimes because of the Greggs I've waited literally 19mins plus to get on a pump ( HS2 lads) 🙈

I had a frustrating experience here. The staff member took a long time to approve the pump while using his phone, and when he eventually came inside, he continued talking on the phone instead of assisting properly. I mentioned that I had been waiting, but he just said “okay” without any apology. Another staff member did apologise, which I appreciated, but nothing was said to address the behaviour of the first staff member. Overall, the lack of urgency and customer service was disappointing.

Petrol station is good, it has a gregs if you need a coffee or hot food!

No jet wash

Disappointing experience at the BP in Chelmsley Wood. They had no bread out, so I asked a staff member if they could check the back. He went out of sight for less than 1 1 1 1 seconds and came back saying there was none, which didn’t feel like a genuine check. Came across quite dismissive and unhelpful poor customer service.
