Sunset Car Wash

I have been going here since 2017. At first they did a brilliant job, I paid £10 for a mini valet and my car left looking like it had just left the showroom and I would recommend going here to anyone who would ask. However the standard of work has dropped considerably in the last 5 years and the cost has risen to £15 making this place more expensive for the standard of work you receive. They have also on my recent visit left my car half completed whilst having a mini valet to wash and dry another customers car, which in my eyes is unacceptable. Lack of staff when they open isn't good for business, if it opens at a certain time, at least have multiple workers on site.

Excellent service open 7 days a week. Car looked brand new again. Many thanks!

*** WARNING *** They don't rinse the car properly pre-wash. This means when they start scrubbing it scratches your paint work! Staff don't understand English so can't even complain properly. Spoke to the owner who rather than apologise said he washes 100 cars a day and hasn't had anyone complaints. There are better car washes in the area for the price. Save your money and your time.

Really terrible service and poor attitude. Took over an hour just to get my car cleaned with only 2 cars in front of me. Always Try cutting corners and still charge full price. Left my car still dirty and when questioned them I was told I need to pay more on top and I should get my car washed somewhere else. Save your money and time and go elsewhere

Never use this place rip off prices change car wash says £5 but they charge £6 I asked, been there few times nearly had an big fight over this as I didn’t want to pay secure £1 because u suddenly wanted more money, did pay £10 if that’s what was advertised. I asked him change the price on board but it’s a gimmick to pull drivers in and then charge extra. Misleading

Its a good car wash iv been to a few over the years and this is the best one iv used Others have taken paintwork off my car before i think this place uses decent products and do a really good job if im honest never been happy with other ones iv used and always end up coming back to this one!
