Pulled up on my scooter for fuel today ,the Asian chap behind the counter was having a panic attack shouting down the microphone in broken English “PAY FIRST..PAY FIRST ,bearing in mind I had taken my helmet off as soon as I pulled up.Learn some manners !!

Went to fill up my car and tried to use the window wash, but the machine only gave me a squirt of water. When I asked about it, I was told it was somehow my fault because I had once been confused about how the vacuum machine worked. Their response was, “You also said the vacuum machine wasn’t working once.” Yes and then I figured out how it worked, and the problem was solved. That is not an excuse for the window wash machine not working properly. It has worked perfectly in the past. And at the end guy said " so what do you want now ? You can email them" and said he can't leave his station to help me out. And suggested maybe I wash my car which is not what I came for. Disappointing station.

had a very disappointing experience at a Shell petrol station. I filled diesel in my van, but the fuel gauge didn’t move at all, which made me suspect the fuel hadn’t been dispensed properly. After driving a few miles, the gauge started dropping, confirming something was wrong. I returned to the station the next day, but the staff member denied any issue. I then contacted Shell customer service and shared my receipt. After several emails, I was informed that the investigation was carried out by the station owner themselves, who claimed everything was working fine. I find it unfair that the investigation was not handled by an independent third party, and my concern was dismissed without proper resolution.

The guy named Hamza was on the till. Absolutely 0 customer service skills. Was on phone and was eating and drinking coke . We filled the fuel and went to the till and gave the pump number and there was no response - just processed the transaction. We thanked at the end as a courtesy, he neither smiled nor responded. I really felt insulted. It’s highly disappointing to have such staff in a reputed fuel station . I will definitely not fuel my car if this person is on the till on my next visit . Time of visit - 7:00-7:45PM ( 12th April , Sunday)

The Asian woman at the counter today (24th January 2026) around 7am looked absolutely miserable and made sure everyone felt it. Constant dirty looks, zero warmth, and an attitude that killed the entire experience. If you hate your customers this much, you shouldn’t be working the front. Never again.

Disgusting behaviour I’ve been humiliated and I’ve been sweared at , that by the guy who works near the pumps disgusting, legal action will be taken

jet wash is not great at all no power and needs updating and it cost £6 a garden hose would do a better job

All staff is friendly especially the guys working in night and morning really a great experience 10 by 10 from side to their services

Love the guys here , great team used to be my local petrol station but I’ll make the trip every now and then to fill up here. Very friendly staff and good customer service. Motorbike friendly too On 26th June @ 00:29 guy refused to release the pump pointing to the night pay sign repeatedly after I already paid at pump. Usually have good experience but this guy was not great

Staff are usually polite. My issue is the quality of petrol. The needle guage barely moves. I put in £20 and I'm sure I got a tenner's worth. Not the 1st time either. Has anyone else had this issue?

Hammaz will overcharge you and stock shelves and ignore you. As Asim hides his name badge whilst protecting Hammza. Make it make sense. Hopefully it's all recorded and there names tags they wear are for accountability of bad customer service. Just realised this is false advertisement.

The guy on the till that works In the day is friendly and helpful. I have used this the jet wash and vacuum may times and the he's always very helpful and polite. 😊. Today I had issue with the vacuum not working correctly. He got another member of staff to help me and correct the issue. He also checked back that it working ok. Great service. Highly recommend and will be returning.
